What a wonderful team at Express Kitchens, Barbara was so good helping me with the design of the Kitchen. very thorough & professional. The installers, plumber & electrician were wonderful, especially the installers. They cleaned up all the excess pieces & vacuumed like real pro's, you wouldn't have known anyone had been to put a kitchen in. I would certainly recommend Express Kitchens for value, communication & professionalism, they are well synchronized outfit, not forgetting the office staff too. Thank you all so much.

We recently engaged this company to redesign and replace our 14 year old kitchen which was looking tired and outdated. We actually approached a number of other companies including the Good Guys Kitchens all with a similar brief. The Good Guys sales consultant; after promising a 2-3 hour consultation couldn’t wait to get out of the door after 20 mins realising we didn’t want to conform to her design or price which she forced on us in the first 10 mins. (I am sure if we had an open window nearby she would have jumped out.) The marketing hype from ‘The Block’ shows is all rubbish when you can’t back yourself up with decent service or take additional time to understand what is required. In comes Barbara from Express Kitchens. A truly wonderful down to earth person gave us options, assisted us through our own discovery phase and prepared plan after plan (even on a public holiday) until we were happy. This spanned a number of months without any pressure whatsoever. In the end we were so impressed by the service and help received so far, we (on our own accord) expanded our kitchen design. The engagement process was smooth and measurements double checked by the actual installer well in advance. The kitchen was delivered as promised the day before by the most polite three gentleman. Installation day followed with the removal of our kitchen. A team of exceptionally polite down to earth and friendly tradesman arrived at our door each with their own specialty (plumbing, electrical, plastering, cabinetry). I have hired many tradesman before but I have never seen such team work before. If they weren’t working on their own task, they were helping demolish, hold, clean, carry for their co-workers. It was like I had just watched a well rehearsed play. It sounds corny but when a large kitchen and in-built pantry disconnect and demolish takes a little under 2 hours you can’t help but appreciate the transformation going on in front of your eyes. A great credit to John the tradesman doing the kitchen install along with his younger counterpart. You know this guy is a master of his field and his younger counterpart shows the same qualities. They cared like it was their own kitchen install and proudly handed it over at the end, an amazing highlight of the day. This was a large kitchen and a massive day for them but the quality of workmanship did not deteriorate. My wife and I were impressed by the cabinetry work, the tiling, grouting and just overall fit and finish, we could not fault it. The effort in the cleanup was another highlight, we could move straight back into the kitchen that night and enjoyed breakfast with the kids the next morning (like nothing happened). Express Kitchens is exceptionally lucky to have these people in their team. I would jump at the opportunity again and recommend anyone wishing to do the same. The only downside, which is a biggie for us is that I won’t need another kitchen for a long time and will miss but always remember this pleasant experience which was a first for Jodie and I. Thanks again for the kitchen, our family will enjoy it for many years to come. Danny and Jodie

express Kitchens came to the rescue of our 13 year old Hallmark Home which Hallmark didn't want anything to do with, I feel our home had premature problems with the vynal wrap peeling off all cupboard doors and drawers, Express kitchens came and measured up and made all new kitchen doors & drawer fronts, laundry doors and bathroom vanity unit doors and drawers delivered in one week, a huge thumbs up from me well recommended...

Highly professional business who delivered on everything they promised. Express Kitchens made the job of renovating and replacing our 40 year old kitchen a breeze. They came out for measurements and submitted a plan according to our needs. A date was set. the team came in at 7 am and it was all finished by 4.30 pm. A couple of things had to be rectified (e.g. the position of a power point and a replacement range hood from their supplier), but they arrived to inspect these things within an hour of being called, and they were all fixed without fuss a few days later. The staff (especially the electricians went above and beyond in their service. Excellent value for money.
