Bought a computer online. Unfortunately a fault developed but the service by Jase was exceptional. Initially, as I lived interstate. he supplied parts which did not resolve the issue but as I was heading to Qld I brought the computer back to him and he fixed it (replaced mother board etc) while I waited and now it works perfectly. Cannot recommend these guys high enough.

The computers are amazing but their after sale service is incredible. I will never buy a computer from anywhere else.

Purchased a machine here. Later it complained of its activation "running out of time" ?! looked at activation "your activation is managed by your organisation" i don't have an organisation... Anti-Virus complains about something called "KMSpico" google it. find out it's an illegal activator for Windows and Office. i paid for genuine copies but did not receive any of the Authenticity certificates i was supposed to. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Disgraceful after sales support and downright dishonest. Purchased a 'custom gaming system' from their ebay store. It worked absolutely fine for about two months, then performance of the machine degraded extremely quickly. The hard drive light just constantly flickering no matter what was going on. Unlike other Windows PCs I have bought in the past, this computer didn't go through an initial installation of Windows, it just booted up into the normal desktop...and I got this dodgy piece of printer A4 paper with my 'genuine windows license key'. Anyway the machine spent the next 7 months or so grinding along with shoddy performance until it eventually died. Being under warranty I initiated a warranty claim. After weeks of liaising with these guys over the phone (as I am interstate) trying all manner of troubleshooting measures to figure out what was going on it was decided that I had to post the PC back to them, at my own expense. After receiving the notification from Aus Post that it had been delivered, I tried repeatedly to follow up (when you ring the shop they tell you you have to talk to the technician directly and they cant help) and after about 3-4 weeks of calls to the technician ringing out, text messages unanswered, I finally get this text completely out of the blue saying "hello, the computer has been fixed and will be posted back to you shortly". OK great...about another 3 weeks later, and I might also add, now just outside the 12 month warranty the PC arrive. OK well...no repair report was provided which was a concern as well as the PC rattling like it has a lose part inside. I opened the case to see what the noise was and found that the hard drive had not even been mounted into the drive bay, it was just chucked into the space. Not a good sign. Next up I installed the PC and turned it on. Hmmmm...windows loads up and what do you know, my desktop has nothing on it. I go to my documents folders...empty. This is a concern. Anyway I ring the shop to ask what has happened to all my data, etc. and I get told that my data should have been stored in a folder on their servers and that he would get back to me. I wait a few days and ring again, I get an utter smart-alec telling me that they don't take any responsibility for backing up a customer's data when a system is sent in for repair. This is a strange policy since the computer was broken, how am I supposed to back up my data?? and maybe before you completely blow away a customer's hard drive, how bout give them a ring first?? you know...just to be on the safe side? So anyway, knowing that there was nothing I could do about the lost data I swallow my pride and get on with using the computer. About 1 week later the machine died completely again. This time I got an error code on startup which when I looked it up suggested that the motherboard was dead. I rang the shop and asked for a refund. His first question, " what is the date of purchase" I replied that i was a month outside the warranty period and I could FEEL the smile creeping across this rude person's face as he very smugly informed me that the shop had no responsibility to help me now that the 12 months was lapsed. I appealed to him that the problems had begun almost 3 months prior after all the delays, etc. and that the PC was never actually 'fixed' at which point he basically said he was hanging up the phone now and to not call back. They sell all their gear out of an ebay store which only allow customers to leave feedback and submit reviews for up to 60 days, and they make sure the customer gets their products quickly, etc. and they never seem to get bad reviews but do not be fooled, they are rude, their product is bunk and you are WAY better off going to a reputable shop, spend the extra hundred bucks or so and get something name-brand. DO NOT trust this company with your computer, and absolutely DO NOT purchase from them.

The best customer service experience. Prices were incredibly cheap compared to other computer stores and I can't mention enough how helpful the staff were.
