Hands down the best service i have had. . Got the wrong coffie tabel they fixed it quickly and promised next day delivery with also fixing it up. I have to say was amazed  at the high quality of service . I will defently be shopping here for more of my house hold furniture.

Shame that I can't give -5. Went there to buy $800 system, there was non on display and they were too lazy to open the box and show me what it looks like. He told me straight that he doesn't want to open the box unless I agree to buy. I call this -5 star customer service. If their pre purchase customer service is like that, I don't want to see after purchase service.

So so happy that I didn't further my application with this place. The big boss is fantastic but every other staff member was an absolute snake. I was lied to about a multitude of different things and even had to pull up the employee doing my application as he was writing up events that didn't even happen. Then checking my credit they told me how all these reasons I couldn't apply were coming up until I pointed out that it WASNT MY APPLICATION, but someone else's! Totally incompetent and I felt like I was being conned. Complete waste of time. Do NOT get anything from this place. They will lie, lie and lie some more.

Wrong phone number for Strathpine if there cant get that right whats the service going to be like wake up to your selfs.

I'm renting an Acer all-in-one through these guys, and I've been having issues. 
Long story short, the last time it was repaired, Acer forget to send back the power supply with the computer. 
An RT Edwards staff member after finding out what happened offered to drop one to my house on his own time. 
Although I have issue with the product (not RT Edwards fault), the customer service is outstanding.
