Just had a Denham studio installed as a home office and we are very happy with the result. Bella was great to deal with and it was installed on time with no fuss.
Recently purchased a Playhouse Cubby. The staff at Aaron's were fantastic to deal with from start to finish. Our job was not straightforward, they had to deal with a significant slope and the install team managed it very well in under 5 hrs. Amazing effort and now we have a fantastic play space for our kids for many years to come.
Fantastic from start to finish and very easy and professional to deal with. After been bitten by another supplier in the past and losing $$ we were a bit gun shy but Aarons were excellent. From Isabella in the office to Rueben and Dan who erected the Gazebo over two days we were very impressed and would highly recommend you deal with Aarons.
Hi, I'm so disapointed with this company. I asked them to build a workshop in September 2012 in QLD, Australia. They didn't give me any contract for it and a contractor's details at all. Of course, all of the sheds which they have cost over $3300. So definitely they need to provide a contract and a contractor's details to me. I had no idea for the sheds in QLD until I met a solicitor. Check it by yourself, not by this company! They built a workshop in March 2013 and has a different type of the roof which I ordered. I was waiting for a workshop over 6 months! Unbelievable!! Now I'm contacting my solicitor and the BSA. I can't understand their illegal works. I've never recommended the Aarons Outdoorliving. Don't trust them!
I ordered over the phone and quickly had photos and all the information I needed to refurbish our cubby house emailed to me. Service was prompt and courteous. Products arrived quickly and exactly what I wanted.
We've just had our bamboo fence put up and the boys that installed it did a great job. Very happy with how it looks . Staff were very helpful . Highly recommend.
The team at Strathpine were fantastic, installing our beautiful Bali Hut at our house in Noosa. We love it and feel like we are on holidays every day. Would highly recommend them.
If you’re thinking of using these guys DONT DO IT! What a Shambles of a company! We ordered an $18,500.00 Granny flat to be erected in 3 days with approval from Council. We had looked at a similar building for $14,500 but were told we needed to spend the extra for a council approved structure to act as another room. We did not try to negotiate on price because we wanted it complete within the agreed timeframe. They sub-contracted a licenced builder to erect it for the approval process to be met by council. The builders care factor was 0%! The assembled structure was far from what I had seen in the display centre and swayed with the lack of bracing! A 2m drop from one end of the veranda No Handrail and no allowance for drainage, Weather boards that were short and several other things required by council turned this project a nightmare! Oh and I was apparently told it would be our responsibility which was un-true.Thankfully I had withheld 7K as I would have imagined they would have told me to go jump. Paperwork from Council outlined that this was a shed and not intended for habitable purposes! This dragged on for months; my guests came and went without being able to use the place. They built it too close to the boundary then relaxation of boundaries was needed. A bill they wanted me to pay! Luckily I didn’t come down in the last shower I do have to say that eventually 5-6 months later they completed their work. And now we have an approved Shed on our back yard, NOT a Granny Flat! The roof leaks and the only person who we could talk to has left the company and nobody will return our calls about the leaky roof! We too had NO contract which is a legal requirement for building works over 3K. Do a search of the director and you will find he has been to court over sub-standard work and they have then changed the company name Slightly. So can I suggest you look elsewhere and heed the warnings! At least in Queensland!
We love our backyard now! We recommend these guys. Always prompt, professional and price suited our budget. Top job, cheers!
