Communication from the time we signed the contract to settlement was non existent. The houses are built poorly and are rushed. The external materials used are poor quality. Interior quality is good but blinds you to the lack of care and attention to detail they put into the actual building of the house and the external things like landscaping and fencing. We had a pre-settlement inspection which had raised several issues and a month later and we are still chasing them up to have them resolved. First and last time I will ever purchase a house with Villaworld Homes
I would like to thank both Ian and Olga for the very pleasant experience of getting our new home. From our first enquires up to the turnover of the house keys, both have been very responsive, accomodating and very easy to communicate with. Thanks also to Georgia, who was equally accomodating, for showing us the features of the house days prior to settlement. Overall, it was an experience that was hassle-free and stress-free. Keep up the good work!
Extremely happy with our decision! Special thanks to VW crew Olga Levitt and Ian Rogers also, our broker Garry Willmolt from Mortgae World. They were exceptionally helpful, supportive and patient with us as first home buyers. We started our journey from Villaworld Meadows and finished it in the same place! The quality and level of details of the house is great and we are so pleased with it. This is our genion review about our journey from choosing a lot to collect the keys and start moving in. I will post another review after 6 months to again reflect our true feelings. Well done VW and thanks again for making this tough mission accomplished :
Excellent service by the team at Villa World Ian, Olga and Georgia helping us into our first home. We love the area The Meadows offers with a quiet street, a community feel and friendly people. Not to mention, close to the shops, walking trails and schools. Would recommend The Meadows by Villa World any day.

Very happy experience. The team at Villa World Strathpine Olga, Ange, Ian, Georgia and Marie front head office made my settlement a breeze given the time constraints. Beautiful place and neighbourhood and looking forward to many happy years in the community.
A new subdivision in a great location within the established suburb of Stathpine. It provides good community facilities including children playground, bbq area and a network of walking paths. The streets are wide unlike other developments which gives a sense of openness.
Nice homes but VERY RIDGED as in you can't change it in anyway at all not even paint colors
A nice well planned estate. Its come a long way in the last 10 years
Lovely accommodation. Tastefully built for comfort.
