My dealings with this company have been great. The staff are friendly and helpful, they go out of way to help with what ever I needed , computers, screen protecting, TV's sound systems. I have always brought my electronic equipment there because of the above reasons. Keep up the good work. Ken.
I bought a Christmas present at JB Hi-Fi Carseldine and had a great experience. When I walked in I was immediately asked if I needed any help, so I said yes. The female staff member was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable on the product I wanted to buy. I would definitely shop here again.
Been to this store to check about a trade-in deal and push bike. Noticed it to be of a decent size store with TVs at the rear. The customer service by the staff at this store is commendable, especially customer service by Anna. Staff at this store greet with a beautiful smile and offers help. Also, the staff member Anna went above and beyond to explain about the push bike rules in QLD. I like this place just because of the customer service.
Last time I go to this store. I’ll go back to the Kedron store where the customer service exists. I noticed in a lot of the reviews the customer service is lacking. The guy who assisted me no problems. The service counter lady different story. No communication other than the bear essentials. It was that bad I made a comment to her saying sorry for taking up your time while you were busy. She needs more customer service training or a stint in administration to get her away from your bread and butter. The CUSTOMER
Very impressive customer service from the sales manager that was working on Dec 2nd. Justin? He was very understanding and went out of his way to help me out with an issue that I was ultimately responsible for and provided a remedy that was very fair and reasonable. I Drove 35 mins because they had what I wanted available but in the future would return regardless of whether a closer business had stock.
I hate this store. Twice now I've come here and there's no-one to help me. I ask a staff member randomly nearby for help, they call someone. That person never comes. I have to ask a second time. Still a long wait. It's ridiculous. Even if I could be told, they are on the way etc. Won't be long. Nope. I have better things to do than wait around for staff.
Staff were dressed in singlet, and shorts were difficult to deal with i had to really push to get them to match price from another of their own stores, even on an item that had been opened and then returned. Not impressed at all
If all the staff got off their phones & other electrical devices and paid attention to service then the store may get my return service but between Tatts, Twits & Time wasters, I won't be going to this store again. More like a WOKE Destival that a credible store.
Barry Potter would have to be one of the best easy to deal with salesmen I have ever meet 5 stars isn’t enough. Thanks for your above and beyond service.Highly recommend
Really helpful staff would go back in a flash... they didn't have any stock of the product I wanted only one on distillation that they didn't want to sell me... suggested north lakes store as they had 5 in stock.
