I’ve now been into JB Hi-Fi five times and every single time I’ve been served by Matthew and he is absolutely outstanding.nnNot only is his customer service consistently amazing, but he actually recognised me as soon as I walked into the store. The moment he saw me standing there, he came straight over and asked if I needed help. It’s such a small thing, but it genuinely makes a difference. It’s nice to be remembered and have someone proactively offer their help.nnMatthew always takes the time to explain everything properly, gives me all the information and details I need about what I’m buying, and offers different options so I can make the best decision. He makes everything easy to understand without ever making you feel rushed or pressured.nnHe is extremely professional, very knowledgeable across so many products in the store, and clearly takes pride in his work. I’ve always had a satisfactory experience at this store but my last visit blew me away. I didn’t catch the guy’s name but he went out of his way to help me with a warranty issue.nHe could have spent 5 minutes taking some details and sending my reasonably new purchase away for who knows how long, but after jumping through the hoops, he was able to offer me a replacement item.nThanks mate, I appreciated the effort you put into getting me the best outcome.nnI’ve always had good theings to say about this store but this one deserved a mention.
I rang ahead I SPOKE TO A YOUNG LADY ABOUT 17:00 THURSDAY 19/02/2026 because I wanted to buy an unlocked new Motorola RAZR 60 they seem to had a good deal on it for $899/.so I drove 24 klms to Carseldine homemaker centre with my little wing lady in toe..my 15 years old miniature Sydney silky Terrier my service dog in her trolley, went straight to the phones looked around no one approached me to see if I needed any help.i was waiting for a team member for 15 mins..until I got this young blond headed Lad's attention and I told him what I wanted.nhe gave me the wrong info!!.Now with the Motorola RAZR 60.but I could not buy ANY accessories for itnSCREEN PROTECTOR,/ANY SORT OF A PHONE CASE + I WANTED THEM TO TRANSFER EVERYTHING OVER FROM MY MOTO G24 TO THE NEW PHONE OHHH THAT SERVICE WILL NOW COST YOU $99. & WE COULD GET A TECHNICIAN TO VISIT YOU AT YOUR HOME later on tonight & then it changed to Monday. I wasn't happy at all with this service from the young Lad which he actually put me off from buying the Motorola RAZR 60 NO SALE FOR $899.nWhilst I was waiting Staff member I.D. 57062 stopped me & started a conversation I told him that this young Lad is giving me terrible information and I'm not happy about his level of bad/sad customer service skills.so I was quite happy to finally be treated on equal grounds. So with my logical thinking process and me having terrible carple tunnel syndrome pain still after both hands operated on. My hands go numb & I drop things. So This Lovely Dark headed techy guy who took a couple of photos of My service pup DOGgy Ms Coco Bates -which she loves the attention. Staff member I. D. 57062 helped me find a great deal so I bought 2x two 795816 Motorola G15 & 2x two 796645@$177. Each ITSKINS Case with screen protector for motoG15 @$29.95 each.nI didn't realise until 2 days later when I went to check out what I had bought. That the moto G15 comes with a free clear case inside... So Saturday 21st February I pulled up at the store to return the the 2x two ITSKINS THEY LITERALLY WERE JUST CLOSING THE DOORS .nSO I ABSOLUTELY THINK THAT THE YOUNG HANDSOME TEAM MEMBER WHOM SERVED ME STAFF MEMBER I. D. 57062 DESERVES AN ACOMIDATION FOR HIS AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND FANTASTIC SMILE & ACCOMPANIED BY HIS AWESOME CAN DO ATTITUDE.n11 OUT OF 10 STARS FOR YOU STAFF MEMBER I. D. 57062
My wife called up today and spoke to Joel over the phone about a PlayStation VR. Joel was fantastic to deal with and was very helpful. He was equally amazing in person when we picked up the VR as a surprise gift for our son. Joel displayed amazing customer service skills and is the reason why we will be returning to this store even though it’s not our local one. Keep up the great work and hopefully you get the recognition you deserve! Thanks again!
