I would give zero stars if I could. First lie - we asked when the sale finished, and they said tomorrow. Three weeks later we come back from Canada and the sale is STILL ON! They just wanted to sell us the bed. Second lie - When we got it delivered they said just after 11 and we didn't get it until 5pm. Third lie - the delivered the wrong colour bed and wont replace it until AFTER christmas, once we sleep on it for a week because we have no bed. SORRY!!!

We popped into the store a couple of weeks ago now - We were approached by a polite fella, Keiren (spelling right we think) - Kieren was a pleasure to deal with - Kieren was knowledgeable, patient, had a great good attitude and was courteous - After 35/45 minutes we were satisfied with the choice and made a purchase. The mattress turned up as per the time frame Kieren advised. Thank you Kieren, your a great bloke and a great salesperson. Thanks also for the snakes (lollies)! Anthony and Andrea :)

We visited 7 different stores in our search for a new mattress. We found the lady who assisted us (also the owner I believe) was very helpful and didn't rush us, but took the time to learn our sleep patterns and issues and then showed us matteesses that addressed those needs. They then went the extra step to match our sleep style and selected mattress with suitable pillows. We're very happy with our new mattress.
