Terrible, was hard to get service when we went in but we persevered and ended up ordering carpet for our new build after a bit of stuff around. We then had them come out and measure up and booked in our install a full month ahead of time. When we called the day before our install to check what time they would be arriving we were informed they had no record of us, no measurements and no booking for install the next day!!! It was also evident from what they said that we were not the only ones in this position as he said "oh no not another one".... They could not rebook the install until 18 days AFTER the original date for install. We asked what we were supposed to live on in the interim as we had to move in. They offered us a roll of their unwanted carpet to cut up (as it turns out this barely did two rooms and we had to live on tarps in the others). They also said we could choose a "free rug". There were no stipulations made about what this "free rug" would be so we were under the impression that we could have free choice of any rug in the store. Well when we went into the store to choose we were informed we could only choose from the small pile of "clearance rugs" which were cheap, nasty and ugly. I'm not usually a complainer and I'm pretty easygoing about hiccups usually but this has been an unmitigated nightmare and I would advise anyone to not bother with this store.

Spoke with Rohan about a prompt carpet install. He bent over backwards to squeeze our job in.  The price was reasonable and Rohan made a genuine effort to help us achieve the result we wanted.
