Great store! Have always had great customer service when coming to this store. Have come and installed several car seats, and had appointments to adjust the car seats and Molly has been amazing EVERY TIME. Sharon was amazing too - was on hand to help with pram decisions! Great work team at Baby Bunting Aspley!
The staff were really helpful in assisting our family with obtaining a new car seat for our 5 month old. The staff were able to quickly understand our needs and directed us to the model we wanted Britax Safe N Sound Graphene+ Convertible Car Seat - highly recommended. We also opted for the car seat install and Molly the installer was amazing, so professional and informative on how to install and remove our car seat as well as instructing us on anchoring. Thank you so much for the service and we will be back again.
As soon to be first time grandparents I can honestly say we would be lost without Rochelle’s experience in everything baby. So far we’ve bought a pram and car seat, but we will definitely be back for more baby essentials and hopefully Rochelle will be working. This woman is amazing! Thankyou
Today I had a baby car seat installed for my sister in law and all the staff at Baby Bunting were friendly and helpful. The installation officer Cameron was extremely professional and explained all the functions. Wonderful service!
We went in to start our shopping for Bubs. We are first time parents and had no idea where to start. Sara was so helpful and spent over 2 hours with us explaining all the ins and outs of different prams and car seats. Could not recommended Sara enough!
Amazing service from the lady who helped us choosing our car seat and baby carrier. She was super informative and had great knowledge. But I was a bit disappointed when I asked the other lady at counter about the free swivel mirror that I could get along the car seat I bought during the storktake sales and she only said they ran out in a rushy and careless way. I was expecting at least something else as bonus as stated in the online booklet as I bought one of the most expensive car seats they have in store.
Some very helpful staff and some who are dismissive and unhelpful. I don't like how they increase the amount you have to spend as you earn more rewards - so I spent $700 on car seat and toys - got $40 credit - but I have to spend $200 to use that credit and within 3 months!. Cynical rewards programme designed to reduce your chances of ever being eligible. If I had my time again, I would skip gibving them my details for data mining.
The 'manager' in store today needs trained on customer service.. not yelling and repeating herself instead of listening at loyal customers over packaging that wasnt included in the online order. Never had a worse experience from a so-called manager and the way she speaks to her staff is also rotton! Went in with every intention to spend more money above the 25k ive spent over 3 years to end up vowing never to come back! Horrible experience!!!
Just really bad service, been there twice and both times nobody would help us. One time the lady at the front even called for staff to help us the times and still nobody came. We left - and drove to the valley store which gave much better service. If you know what you need it's probably great, if you want any help, go somewhere else.
Tried to buy the $25 stroller. They had a charcoal one and a black one in store. Wasn’t allowed to buy either because they were the last 2. Asked when more would come in. Staff didn’t know. What’s the point of displaying them if you won’t sell them and you don’t know when more are coming in. Very strange business model Baby Bunting. I’ll shop elsewhere.
