Called to enquire about getting a car seat professionally installed. I recommend booking an appointment ahead of time. Received friendly and efficient service & they sent me the Child restraint installation report in an email. Would recommend.

I had an excellent experience today at the Aspley Baby Bunting. I went in specifically to buy a car seat, and even though the store was bustling with Black Friday shoppers, we patiently waited in the car seat aisle. A wonderful lady wearing a Christmas wreath crown approached us and offered her assistance. She answered all of our questions, looked up parts, and even called another store to check if the car seat was in stock and to arrange a layby since they were unfortunately sold out. It was a truly pleasant and helpful experience and we appreciate being offered help as we know how busy the workers are! Thank you so much!

Elise went above and beyond to give us all of the information about every pram in the store, and she helped us choose the pram that will best suit our needs. She was very knowledgable and was able to answer any questions we had throughout the whole store. I am blown away with the experience I had with her and will definitely be asking for her if I ever need help/information about any product again

Yesterday the 5/1/2025nI went in to the Aspley baby bunting and was met with a smile from the ever so lovely Sharon !nAs a first time mother I have no idea what to do and what my little boy needed in regards to bottles.nSharon told me all about the range of bottles and she carefully chose the pigeon bottle for my son due to my inability to breast feed .nSharon was very kind and made me feel like I wasn’t doing everything wrong. I have been met with a lot of hostility and rudeness lately due to bottle feeding my newborn but Sharon did not and for that I am so very grateful.nnThank you Sharon my boy loves his new bottles and is feeling so much better in the belly xxx
