As new future parents to be, we had so many questions and we felt like everyone had a different idea about what we truely needed when welcoming a new little one into your family. The standard must haves!nSo my husband and I recently decided to visit our local baby bunting store, Aspley QLD.nThe store was well laid out, easy to navigate and not too big. We went straight to the pram section and were greeted by Hayley. She heard our questions and then provided all the answers, including some answers to the questions that we hadn’t even considered yet. We then went on a touch and feel the items that we were considering and from our friend’s recommendations and were very quickly able to make a decision on what we actually will need and made a new list of items needed.nWe left the store without any purchases and no sales “must buy” pressure, only to return back to the store later that same day to buy our first pram. Which was a run out sale. Sadly there was an issue with the warehouse supplier but Hayley worked out a solution to this problem. We couldn’t be happier.nCustomer service is not dead, you just have to know where to find it.nThank Hayley for all of your assistance.
We are having our first baby next year and thought we would have a look at pram and car seat options in store. We were completely overwhelmed until Rochelle stepped in - she was excellent, very knowledgeable, and took us through the best options to help us narrow down what we actually wanted. We hadn't planned on getting anything but with Rochelle's help we ended up buying everything we needed. Definitely recommend going in store to see her and the team

During my most recent visits, I had an incredible experience with Rochelle — her outstanding kindness and guidance truly stood out. I put some items on lay-by and made a few purchases.nnRochelle took the time to get to know me during a previous visit two weeks ago, and she remembered me when I came back today. That personal touch made the experience even more pleasant and so much easier on myself. I also explained that I was on a budget, and she helped me stay within it perfectly, while still ensuring I got everything I needed. She even gave me helpful advice for future purchases — I’ll definitely be coming back!nnBaby Bunting Aspley should be very proud of Rochelle and her excellent customer service. She represents your store with such integrity and care. I’ve been to the Aspley Baby Bunting countless times — both during my pregnancy and now with my baby — and the team have always been amazing. Everyone is so friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful. They’re super knowledgeable and make the whole experience easy, especially for first-time mums who might not know exactly what they need. Highly recommend this store and their wonderful team!
Elise at Baby Bunting Aspley was absolutely fantastic! As a soon-to-be dad feeling a bit overwhelmed and a lot of head noise, her knowledge and patience made all the difference. She took the time to explain essential products, from safe sleep setups to the best car seats, and gave honest recommendations without pushing unnecessary items. Her friendly, no-pressure approach made the experience very stress-free, and I left feeling confident in my purchases.
