We absolutely love it here. We come all the time. Staff are super welcoming and friendly, and helpful. I always feel welcome In this store. Sara deserves a raise and free time off. She's definitely helped us a lot and definitely sold us on a few things and are very happy with. I also love that the staff don't mind price matching either they never whinge or seem annoyed. Great store!
Bypass this store all together. After my son and daughter in law found the pram they really wanted, the sales lady persuaded them to put it on layby, promising access to exclusive deals during that time. However, when they received an email about a new deal, the manager informed them they weren't eligible for any offers, contrary to what they were assured. Had it not been for the sales consultant's persuasion, they would not have chosen to purchase this pram at Baby Bunting North Lakes. Despite raising the issue with the area manager, no fair resolution was offered. The sales team's willingness to deceive customers just to secure a sale is unacceptable. Another noteworthy issue with this store is the fact they can’t seem to afford batteries. I’ve been into the store multiple times in the past month and requested to see how a few of the baby swings worked and each time I’m told “I can’t show you how it works as we don’t have batteries or it needs to be plugged in”. If you can’t show me how somethings works, don’t have it on display.

Great store! Have always had great customer service when coming to this store. Have come and installed several car seats, and had appointments to adjust the car seats and Molly has been amazing EVERY TIME. Sharon was amazing too - was on hand to help with pram decisions! Great work team at Baby Bunting Aspley!
I don’t typically give reviews, but we had a pretty unpleasant experience this afternoon with two of the Aspley staff.nWe’ve been having trouble with a particular baby monitor, this morning my husband brought it in to be replaced which was fine, but we found we were still having the same issues with the new one. We brought it in this afternoon for some guidance and an exchange but didn’t receive either. The two women that spoke to us were very rude and condescending… we ended up leaving with the same monitor and no real resolution.
