We had Ben come out and measure our whole house for Elfa Storage. We've now had our walk in wardrobe installed and are very happy with the result. The credits earned are going towards the next wardrobes to be revamped. And we love all the storage solutions available in store. It's hard to walk out of the store without buying the latest items. Great shop. Really helpful people. We bought the rather nice portable washing line.
Went into the store today during their 20% stocktake sale. Also have a $10 voucher which I planned on using. When paying, the shop assistant applied the voucher to the transaction. Before finalizing payment, I asked her if she applied the 20% off and she said can't use both but the discount works out to be the same. So I told her to leave the voucher and just take 20% off so I can use the voucher another day. She said she can't reverse the voucher because she's already used it. Never ever have I come across a store where you lose your voucher before finalizing the transaction. Or she could have at least told me before putting it through that it's not reversible and asked if I want to use 20% off or the voucher. So either I'm forced to use the voucher or walk away losing it. Told her to keep the $10 as I won't be visiting again. HSW have some good products but they are not the only stockists. I can buy from somewhere else.
Judy was so patient and helpful in making sure that the items we were after fitted perfectly and she also reminded us of the 20% Discount for the elfa brand that was on special. A minor hiccup several days later was efficiently and quickly rectified by Cathy the manager. We have no hesitation in recommending Howards storage at Aspley for friendly and knowledgeable staff and quality products!
Team member cashier 13 inforced covid sign in even though it is currently not mandatory yet. She was rude and disrespectful. Im not anti covid/check in but i am anti lies and poor customer service. The "customer assistant" needs some training and better understanding of the situation
The staff were incredibly friendly, and helpful! Thank you for making my experience a great first time. Many good quality products available, and useful ones too!
We have just had an Elfa system installed in our wardrobes and walk-in wardrobe by Howards Storage World Aspley. It is fantastic and beautiful. We have lots of space, everything looks organised, nice and tidy. We just love our wardrobes. Highly recommended.
Called in recently. Unfortunately what we were after was not in stock. The merchandise carried seemed to be of quiet good quality. Not once did a staff member offer assistance.
