Great store with a wide selection of items, and excellent staff!  I was a bit lost with my colour pallet, and a staff member immediately swooped in to help me pick items out.  I gave my colour preferences, and they pulled different items, even setting up a little "mock-up" so I can see if I really like everything together  Above and beyond experience!  I will definitely be shopping here again

Good shopping experience for tablecloth and pillow cases, not a big spender ... this time. The range and prices are good but most of all the staff clearly want to help you get exactly what you want and are super friendly in the process, charming in fact. Thank you staff, you will keep me coming back.

If you want no customer service then this is the store for you. A one star is to generous.  Absolutely poor customer service, staff on floor who look like they are pretending to be fixing items on shelf will tell you to go to the counter for the question you asked them only then to have the staff member at the counter mumble something and point to the direction where you need to go.  Will not be back!!!

First time in the Aspley store last week and ALL staff were amazing!! Even my 15 year old daughter commented on how nice and helpful they were

Service non existant. I guess a male walking in alone isn't a "customer", not greated nor asked if I needed any assistance as I walked through the entire store and passed several staff. Customers who entered after me were asked if they needed any help....? I guess we shop online for that very reason. Customer service is none existant. Thank you to the manager for accepting the discount that was showing online.

Beautiful store with amazing customer service! Not pushy or anything. Just very helpful and gave me lots of advice. Huge variety of stock. In and out in 15 minutes with everything I needed. Bought the most amazing pillows here! Thanks :

The counter staff at Pillow Talk Aspley are very helpful on our visit. They go beyond what you can expect staff would do in an other business. They are one of the best assets of Pillow Talk. The store is also commendable on carrying Ultra King Size! It seems like a niche product but if you have such a bed then it is really difficult to find products that fit it. So thanks Pillow Talk for carrying such a range!

They had a great sale, staff were very helpful and friendly, easy parking. Will definitely come back to this store. Well done guys.

Called before I arrived, lady I spoke to was able to answer all my questions immediately.  When I walked in I was met by another attendant who was just as helpful with selecting the right product for my needs.  In and out with the right product, no hassles what so ever

This is a large bedding and linen store with extensive variety of styles and designs.  Definitely worth a visit because the parking is so easy and plentiful and their products are good quality.  I have always found their staff to be very accomodating.
