Had very bad shopping experience in deco rug. It took too long to get products. Unfortunately, it did not worth to wait cuz we got damaged products. In addition, it took another month to get new order to come. However, at the last minute we had been told that all products we ordered were damaged. They were already dispatched back to Germany. They left us no choice. Very very bad experience. Their delivery system is terrible. I believe I would never be there again.

Amazing customer service. thank you so very much! Nate took the time to discuss our needs and then arranged a time to meet with us when he could spend more time, with less interruptions (as is expected on a Saturday). Will gladly recommend and certainly return when needed. Genuinely good customer service is something we don't see too often- so all the more reason to spread the word when it's found. Thank you!
