Comfortable, spacious, and modern. Worth the stay and will come back. We stayed in #902, 2BR Ocean View.nnThe room had a damp smell but it’s not a big problem. Service was just alright, but this is not really a hotel so it’s understandable.

We stayed at an airbnb apartment here and got to enjoy the amenities such as pool, gym, and hot tub. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here, but wish the elevators weren't breaking down so much.

Can’t beat Broadbeach, central location with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, not to mention the beach, casino and Pacific Fair. Peppers is a great spot with clean rooms and heated pool, spa, sauna, gym etc. Loved our stay.

Very friendly staff upon arrival and ease to check in, head to the lift 2 of the 4 are “out of service” the cue was ridiculous and with so many levels it took forever when we just want to get to the room. We finally get to our level jammed inn like sardines and walk out of the foyer to be hit with the worst stench of vomit or rotting rubbish i have ever experienced in a Hotel. I booked a 2 bedroom OCEAN view - 3 night just under $3000 the photo will show i had a fantastic view of the back of another impressive tower! Very very misleading and disappointing. Staying 3 nights i like “option” to cook, a beautiful kitchen and not a single pot or pan, completely empty cupboards, just cutlery and plates. The main bedroom is huge and comfortable, the second is two x single beds and incredibly small. The balcony is nice, again the view completely misleading.  The couch was very uncomfortable and the TV embarrassing and no music to plug in to. Room 1405 was very dated and sparcely furnished.  I raised the stench just in passing heading out for dinner, lovely friendly staff but even as i checked out 3 days later it was still there. The pool was freezing cold and faces the wrong way, no syun i ever saw was in the area and the spa was always occupied - no thanks!! In summary, for the price i was  left incredibly disappointed and should have stayed at The Star again, i regret giving this a try. This was not a 5 start experince and should not be advertised as such

Just spent a wonderful weekend at Peppers. The location is brilliant with lots of great places to eat nearby. The accommodation and facilities were outstanding and we used them all.  It was great to see that the environment was thought of with recycling available.nThe staff at Peppers were fantastic and we will certainly stay there again!
