Stayed at this accommodation recently for 5 nights, tower one, two bedroom apartment premium ocean view, absolutely amazing!nI cannot fault anything about it, the views, the spacious lounge, modern bathrooms and bedrooms, all stunning. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, helpful and attentive. I would definitely recommend and stay here myself again if returning to Broadbeach.
I’m currently staying here with my sister and it is absolutely amazing!nThe staff are absolutely wonderful, so helpful and friendly! They all go out of their way to make sure we are having an amazing holiday! They are super knowledgeable about what to do around here and ideas of where to go. Yesterday I asked about having the twin beds in my room made into a king and it was done in 15 minutes!! The facilities are fabulous! They even have a private cinema that can be hired with bean bags and comfy chairs. The location is absolutely perfect- super close to the beach and so many restaurants all around. The rooms are comfy and well equipped with lots of room. It definitely one of the best places we’ve ever stayed.
The location is great but overall it wasn't a good experience and had a number of issues.nnWe arrived after 6pm and upon checking in discovered that one of the toilets was quite dirty faeces so it either hadn't been cleaned or someone had used it after cleaning had occurred. The cleaning team was not on site at the time so someone else came up to clean it and even they made a comment that it wasn't nice to see. We also discovered that one of the bedroom lights did not work. As the maintenance team were not on site at that time it had to be fixed the next morning.nnThe next day we discovered another light not working. We didn't even bother reporting this we just lived without it.nnDuring our stay on multiple occasions, the garbage chutes were full/blocked meaning I had to keep our garbage in our room which included used nappies. I did report this to reception on one occasion but couldn't be bothered doing this every day.nnFinally, on the day prior to leaving, we attempted to return to our room at 9.15am and were locked out of the room. I went back down to reception and was told that our departure date had been incorrectly set to a day prior - the keys were recoded giving me access again. I did find this to be odd as I thought checkout was 10am, so even if the departure day was a day early at that time of the morning I should have still been able to access the room anyway. I was also still able to use the lifts and access my floor which I would have thought would have no longer been possible if access to the room was revoked.
Thank you for my great stay at Peppers! The view from level 26 was amazing. The rooms are very spacious, and I had a great time in the pool area.
It looks like it's easy to get here on the map, but in fact there are many slopes making it inconvenient and heavy to carry suitcases. During my stay at around eight o'clock in the morning, a man knocked on the door and opened it. I was startled. I didn't know what he said, and he just closed the door. It's really terrible to encounter this situation during my stay. The hair dryer was also not clean enough. It was disgusting and had a lot of hair tangled on it. Even so, I still had to use it and had to clean up the dirty hair myself. Dead bodies of moths were also seen on the floor. Of course there are advantages, the counter staff is very friendly. The room is very big and my son also watched a lot of free movies on TV. At this price, overall not very good.
