We stayed 5 nights in an east facing luxury room. The check-in process was quick, with a welcome drink of sparkling provided at reception.nThe room was in need of refurbishment the dial-up modem plug and sign on the desk was a bit of a giveaway. The bathroom was spacious enough and in good condition and clean.nThe bed: it was like sleeping on a rock bench and needs replacing. The bed base was clearly old, with material ripped and draping to the floor underneath. The pillows were very good.nThe room servicing was unobtrusive and we didn't feel rushed.nWe ate at the hotel restaurant twice. While a nice enough meal, it certainly wasn't outstanding and really only provided value with the AccorPlus discount. The seats in the restaurant were very old, with the seat coverings in very substandard repair.nOverall, we had a nice stay but there were definitely some things that need urgent attention.

We had a wonderful 2 nights stay!nThe room was clean and ready upon our arrival, the check-in process was smooth and professional, which made for a great first impression. Dinner at Bistro 3 was absolutely delicious, and breakfast was enjoyable. The restaurant staff were friendly and attentive. We will come back again!

The service is impeccable, everyone has a smile and is ready to assist.nHad a little hiccup with communication between my two bookings, it was easily managed though and they helped me make the switch without fuss.nnThe room had a small issue with the air conditioning, I called and a maintenance person was there within a few minutes and had it fixed quickly, left me a note to ensure I knew how to change settings if it got too cold.nnBuffet was excellent, pools great and location was central and easy to access.

Customer service was amazing. We got to check in early and we also received a glass of champagne while waiting.  They were very accommodating for a busy weekend with pan pacific masters on. The location is perfect and the pool and spa very relaxing. Much better service than another big hotel chain we recently stay with . Well done

Overall a great stay. Rooms need refurbishment however.nBistro on 3 breakfasts and dinners were awesome.nPools are great.nLocation to beach and shops is great.nOnly complaint is waiting for deposit balance refund to show on my credit card. It would be better to hold a value on a card and then release that on checkout to pay for only what we used.
