The location of the hotel is ideal. The staff were very helpful and friendly. As I was using a walker during my stay the concierge would always help me in exiting my car and help in making sure that I was safe. If you wanted to travel to the main area of the Gold Coast you were within walking distance of the light rail. I had a balcony looking toward the hills and it was great to sit outside just to have a coffee and snacks while enjoying the view.  The restaurant food was fresh. The room was very spacious

The pool areas were fantastic, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight with its wide variety of fresh and delicious options.nnWhat impressed us most was the attention to detail and the commitment to making our stay memorable. Every staff member went above and beyond, and it really showed.nnWhether you’re visiting for a holiday, a romantic escape, or even a business trip, Sofitel Gold Coast delivers the perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and convenience. Very impressed with our stay at Sofitel Broadbeach Gold Coast.nThe room was well appointed and very comfortable. All staff were friendly and helpful. Car parking was easy to access.nBreakfast was plentifulnnWouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

My stay at Sofitel was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully designed with a touch of luxury in every detail. The rooms were spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. Staff were professional, warm, and always ready to help with a smile. The facilities from the pool to the dining were top notch. A truly relaxing and memorable experience. Highly recommend Sofitel for anyone looking for premium service and comfort!

Even though I was only there for one night, the staff went above and beyond for me.  The room was fantastic, the view was fantastic and the bed was extremely comfortable.  I was attending a conference at the Hotel and the conference facilities were great and the food throughout the 2 days was exceptional. I really enjoyed my stay.
