Free parking and nice location. Staff were friendly and polite guests. Only negatives were that the apartment room we stayed in was very dated. The apartment would do well with a complete make over and upgrade. Other than that the room was very clean and spacious.

I love the thing that we can wash our clothes and we can cook as well. We got freezer/fridge. Overall it's good place to stay ,it's similar to furnished unit. Secured parking.

DISGUSTING!!! Do NOT stay at this crooked resort in the middle of nowhere!! You will regret it!! Management is hostile and corrupt. This is not in the city, you need to walk half an hour to get a coffee...... Dear Frank (alleged manager), As you have chosen not to refund my money, I am proceeding to write to the Mayor of the Gold Coast, the ACCC, The Office of Fair Trading as well as report you to the police for your intimidation and bullying tactics. Furthermore I will ensure personally that nobody falls victim to your false advertising again (you are NOT in the city); and be sure to take the video to a Current Affair as well as alert the public by spreading these videos across social media, as well as alerting all online travel agencies you are listed with of your disgraceful service and shockingly agressive behavior which is as evident in the video's as it is unacceptable. DISGUSTING! You are a tyrant and had every opportunity to do the right thing; and thus I will make it my personal mission to have you thoroughly investigated if not shut down and then sue for psychological and emotional damages. I have already consulted with a reputable psychologist on the phone for support. I was acutely distressed by your agressive and violent nature. You advised me to contact the online booking site for my refund, which I did; only for you to then deny me my refund following numerous hours of watching me on the phone, trying to get through to the correct area, knowing all along you were going to deny my refund. You took pleasure out of my suffering like a saddist; all to refuse me in the end anyway! Whilst gloating. Why on earth did you waste my time? I was ignored, insulted, verbally abused, antagonised, deceived and stood over! This is NOT fair trading and I do have proof of disability as I attempted to show you before you rudely and repeatedly dismissed and ignored me, making juvenile and dreadful remarks in a hostile manner; that is grounds enough for me to press criminal charges against you. You did stand over me and physically push and attack a former member of police (whom was merely trying to help me get a check out reciept); in full view of front reception. I am glad I had the sense to film this disturbing fiasco; conveying an accurate portrayal of your horrific character. You refused me proof of checkout even though I was paid up for the remaining 6 nights and returned my key; freeing up the room for you that I paid for. You assumed I did not have the financial means to book at a proper and professional resort actually in the city (with reputable proprietors); assuming to insult then trap me in your hellish establishment in the middle of nowhere! I did pay a substantial amount of money to get out of there. Further testemant to how desperately unpleasant my entire experience was. If you are that desperate for money, perhaps you should consider a different vocation; rather than preying on the weak, the vulnerable and alone; not to mention physically impaired. You had your opportunity to reimburse me and I truly was traumatised by you. You ruined my holiday. I believe you are a crook and would not be surprised if you had prior convictions given your violent demeanor! I must commend young Matthew for tolerating you. He was the only person with a shred of human decency in him at reception. Audrey was equally as rude. Speaking amongst yourselves in a foreign language and slamming the door in my face was not on! You can expect to be dealt with for your unpalatable misconduct in the very near future by the aformentioned bodies. The buck stops at me. You have ripped off a very tenacious woman with a strong sense of integrity and morality. You will lose much more than the $670.00 I am owed, for your reputation is now in serious danger as well as your entire operation. A small price for me to pay....in the best interst of the general public. You have a lot more to lose than I. Literally 1 min to the beach! Big round balcony to relax and enjoy great views. Great pool and spa. Tennis court & sauna was a bonus. Quite location but close to Broadbeach, Surfers Paradise, lite rail and Casino. Will def. come back!
