Gorgeous views upfront towards the sea.Tranquil and soothing to see and watch crashing waves.Noisy passing cars bring you back to reality,that you are not in paradise but in the centre of Broadbeach.

Very avarge Wfi, furniture dated as is pool and  building. if you are a elderly person  hope you are fit .no help offered.

Lovely apt building, older but beautifully refurbished.
As of recently the old friendly staff have returned.:-) :-)
