I had a great evening at 19 at the start. Food was delightful and delicious.nnWe were assisted greatly by a worker named Corey, he was very helpful and lovely. He made our experience 10x better. We appreciated his help greatly. After being turned away because our birthday cake couldn’t get up to the restaurant. He helped us and took us around the long way to the restaurant.

Last minute getaway. It had been years since we had stayed at the casino on the gold Coast. Good value and found the staff so friendly and helpful. Our standard room was clean, quite and comfortable. Attended Bill Bailey and Queen tribute at the theatre - Great entertainment. The pool and spa area had a relaxing vibe, ample seating with shade. Looking forward to coming back.

An exceptional stay at this 5-star hotel on the Gold Coast! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and professional. The rooms were luxurious, spacious, and beautifully appointed, with stunning views of the beach. The amenities were top-notch, including a fantastic pool and excellent dining options. So interesting development, if you’ve been a platinum member of the star gaming community for the last 20 years and you now want to bring a guest yes just 1, and no, not every day or weekend, just maybe twice a year they have to pass a “screening test” my mother in law who is 76 years old, with an unblemished history of being a solid tax paying citizen with not even a parking ticket to her name that failed that test today…beggars belief….after 20+  years of patronidge…whose the fool? Obviously us the loyal punters …see you on the other side “The Star Gold Coast”…,

Went to the Star for lunch with my family at Uncle Su. Spent $400 on the bill. I’ve been a star member for over 10 years. Was refused the 10% discount on lunch, refused the points towards my star membership and refused free parking additional $10 all because I had my disabled uncle sitting at the table, who didn’t even eat lunch, which meant there was five of us sitting down instead of four. The new policy is appalling, this is not how you treat regular customers. It is my favourite restaurant on the Gold Coast, that I will now not be returning too.
