I stayed one night at this hotel to celebrate my wedding anniversary with my husband. When we made the reservation, we were told it was a package that included several things, but upon arrival, we didn't receive anything mentioned in the package. When we inquired at the front desk, they gave us completely different information than what was listed on the website. The truth is, I've been to hotels that aren't 5-star, and they're actually better.

We stayed one night saw the ten tenors amazing show 1st class show..unfortunatrly the service in the  the Cafe also the Japanese was shocking ..no service at all ..ordered coffee and toasted sandwich in cafe no napkins with our foid no teaspoons with our coffee..that night japanese foid brought to our table dumplings .chicken fried rice ..again no plates no small plates to put our foid on no cutlery . Will not be going back. I am a local the last time I went a few years ago I admit it was great... .0 stars now staff need training...

Nice hotel and rooms are clean, nice bathrooms and very small beds. The breakfast situation really lets it down. Absolutely don't pay extra to add this to your stay.nIt's a cattle market of long queues and terrible food, I have never seen anything like it.nThere's lots of elements of this hotel that aren't 5 star so whilst parts are very nice it feels a little mis-sold.

The star residences are located within close proximity to eateries and the beach.  It has good views but the elevators can be very busy and take ages to arrive.  The rooms are acceptable and beds comfortable.nOverall,  a good stay.

Stayed a night at the star, I’m a silver member and was told if we spend $100 5 tier points we could get free parking with my members card. We went to dinner and drinks at the star and ordered room service and it was billed to the room I made sure to also use my star card each time. Unfortunately anything that gets billed to the room does not generate tier points, I was unaware of this. I tried to explain and show my receipts at the parking concierge, but was told I would have to pay for parking overnight no one-off exemptions. Sour ending to our stay as there is really no other options to park on site.
