Love this place. It is very similar to the Windsor in Melbourne. Great size rooms with lofty cielings. Staff so efficient. Easy to access surrounding suburbs etc either walking, hoping on the ferry or bus. Close to all the shops and Queen St Mall

The Treasury Hotel offers a unique and elegant stay in a beautiful historic building, but a few small misses keep it just shy of true five-star status.nnStaying here is definitely a unique experience. The building itself is stunning, full of character and history, which adds something special compared to your standard modern hotel. The rooms are spacious, well cleaned, and have that classic decor that suits the heritage feel.nnThat said, a few things held it back for me. There was no complimentary bottled water in the room, which feels like a basic inclusion at this level. A few of the TV channels weren’t working, and the first room we were placed in on the fourth floor had a very strong, unpleasant odour in one corner. To their credit, staff handled it well and moved us to another room on the second floor without issue, but it’s still something that shouldn’t really happen in a five-star property.nnThe location is excellent and makes it easy to explore the city, and the staff throughout were friendly and helpful.nnOverall, it was a pleasant stay in a beautiful building with great service, just a couple of small issues stopping it from being a true five-star experience in my book.

I have always wanted to stay at the Treasury Hotel Brisbane and it certainly delivered.  What a fantastic hotel.  Great, spacious room - super comfortable bed, so comfortable that I slept in and was late to work !!.  Had an old-world charm - reminded me of being in our 5-star hotel in Singapore earlier this year - just as good.  Bathroom spacious and everything was super clean.  Staff very attentive, welcoming and helpful.  Beautiful and historic building and a great, central location to everything.  Highly recommended.  I will look to stay here more on my weekly trips to Brisbane.

we checked in quite late and the reception, Jason helped us ensure that we get the perfect room. the room is so grand and palatial with a beautiful bath tub fit for a queen. as we ventured out in the morning, a beautiful Filipina named Harl accommodated us with directions to our tour meet ups.  she is so helpful and proactively gave us things to do while in Brisbane and how to go toGold Coast just like a local. and as we checked out, Grant helped us until our Uber arrived. treasury hotel does not only have a royal accommodation but their staff made sure we were treated like a royalty.  location wise, it’s the best!  i can’t find a reason not to return back to this hotel! it is just the best! thanks everyone .

I visited the Treasury Brisbane last December and I LOVE the aesthetics, it looks like a beautiful palace! But sadly the staff don't treat their guests like royalty. They're lazy because I ordered pizza and they refused to bring it up to my own even though I wasn't feeling well, having had a dizzy spell after getting out of the bath tub, so I was afraid of falling somewhere and really hurting myself! Having sent that they sent this young man up who knocked loudly and aggressively, startling me having the worst attitude I've seen in a luxury hotel. Do better.
