Good locationnI have been here 7 years,very large place for hard working staff to look after,but they do the job asked of them,nice to be close to the river and close to public transport that runs 7 days a week.
Good place for people to live who are down on their luck. Prices start around $280 per week for a caravan with annex and car space. Located close to Carrara market and with Pacific Fair a few kilometres away
Well managed incredibly friendly clean tidy and lots of awsome people live there
Lived here for 6 months so far. A quiet place to live on the river - alot of birdlife, ducks, large lizards in summer. Many elderly people who are friendly, willing to help, or leave you to yourself when needed. Early to bed, early risers. Maintenance constantly undertaken on property. Pool onsite is very clean and well maintained. Recommend it.
My Mum has lived onsite, owns her Mobile home for 25+years. The pool & rec room are great for family get togethers
