My partner and I brought a stand up paddle board a carbon fibre paddle, a carry bag and also soft racks and had the pleasure of meeting the store manager Matt who was so helpful and even gave us a discount. Would definitely shop here again just because the manager Matt was so nice and helpful. Highly recommend speaking to him for all your needs.
So been shopping here for years, went in to exchange a large cast net for a smaller one. I didn't ask for the balance . The nice young girl calls her manager, who then probably looked in the camera, saw me in high visibility and simply said, he can't swap it but he can buy another one. I literally purchased 2 rods on Monday. Thanks bcf. Pretty sure you lost 2 future customers in my sons also.nGreed pure and simple. Marshall
