Good service. Worst timber posts ever, they're all bent or cracked and they refuse to open the new crates which were straight and perfect. Told me and another guy these bent and cracked ones should be sold first. But they gave me good discount on timbers with issues. The staff are friendly and helpful. I didn't mind their policy though but it would be more fair if they would have given a choice to buy between discounted ones and new ones. These were the best o could find.

From the moment I asked for help, he was incredibly friendly, supportive, patient, and kind. He didn’t just point me in the right direction — he took the time to truly listen, understand what I needed, and made sure I felt confident and comfortable with my purchase.nNigel went above and beyond his job. His positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to help made my entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. It’s rare these days to come across someone who clearly cares so much about customers and takes pride in their work. Dave in the paint section was a wealth of knowledge and helped me so much! I have recently decided to go down the furniture upcycling rabbit hole and starting my first project, I was still a bit unsure about what process would be best. Dave couldn’t have been nicer and spent ages with me, steering me in the right direction. Thanks Dave, your advice was spot on!
Best Bunnings anywhere. The staff are beyond helpful. It's wonderful to see so many senior age staff, in fact a great diversity among staff. It would be good to see staff with differing abilities though. Best return support and advice. Stocks everything's and is where I go to buy and destress. It's like a hardware Disneyland!
