I came in with my dad today to pick up a click and collect after he lost everything he owned from the storm at Christmas. He purchased a $1200 laptop, drive 40 mins and was really excited to pick it up. Unfortunately I had an older woman with red hair serve us who had a disgusting attitude. She was rude and unhelpful. He had called and brought his ID and she wouldn’t help at all because being old he doesn’t have emails on his phone and couldn’t access the order number. Will be returning the laptop and shopping elsewhere from now on.
Have always had a great experience at this store. Was recently helped by a lovely young lass with a refund on a defective Chromecast despite it being purchased over a month ago I recently moved and I didn't get around to setting it up for a few weeks.nnPlus the girl at the print station was more than happy to laminate my A4 poster on the spot. That said, $2.50 to laminate one page is a bit steep!nnI really like the new printer/scanner/copiers with built-in EFTPOS terminal. Although one larger document scan didn't email, fortunately I also copied it to my flash drive.nnAnytime I've asked for help the staff have always been friendly and eager to assist. Keep up the good work
Tried printing some documents, but without success, Yahoo Mail account doesn't work!! Lost money couple of times!! Basic issues needs sorting out, I don't have to use Gmail to use Officeworks. Another unhappy customer .
Bought a new mobile phone and whatever I asked for like Changing my simcard from my old phone to the new one I was told that it is not a part of our service.nA few other questions had the same reply. Not a part of our service.
Puzzle a waste of money, $45 comes with a weird little build your own box. Not even a proper puzzle box and the print quality is terrible not clear at all. Not worth the money. Don’t waste your time.
