I went to the nerang store during the week and I had the most pleasant experience. I wanted some pencils for my mum who is in a nursing home there was none in stock and I think they were a christmas item. I went to the front counter where Jess served me she looked to see if you had them she then told me that you didn't but she would be able to order them in for me. She ordered them in and said they would be in to pick up in a couple of days. She was so helpful, kind and nothing seemed like it was to much effort to deal with over a small pack of pencils. I only work down the road from you and her customer service skills are excellent. The process to order things in stock and the staff there are great. Thank you Jess and officeworks nerang for a great shopping experience !!!!
Went here today around 3:40pm and had the worst customer service experience at the photo desk. Before arriving, we called to confirm whether they could take a passport photo for a 4-month-old baby and were told that they could. Based on that, we drove over an hour with our baby, as we live rurally and needed the photo urgently.nnWhen we arrived, we waited around 20 minutes to be served. Once we finally got to the counter, the two staff members told us, “We do it sometimes, but we don’t like to because it’s hard to get the photo.” Despite us explaining our situation, the long drive, and the urgency, they showed no compassion or willingness to help. They then outright refused to do the photo and wouldn’t even attempt it—despite their website and staff previously confirming the service was available.nnOur baby has neck control, can sit upright, and look at the camera. We even brought a bassinet to make the process easier. None of this mattered, as they simply would not try, nor were they polite or understanding in how they handled the situation.nnVery disappointed. As someone who has worked in customer service, I was genuinely appalled by the lack of care, communication, and professionalism.
Grace sets a new standard for customer service with her incredibly helpful and professional attitude. This store truly has everything you could possibly need for your business and the team here is fantastic. Highly recommended!
I brought in a faulty monitor I purchased last year but I couldn’t find a receipt. I had low expectations and was expecting to get the runaround back to the manufacturer or the “it’s not covered under warranty” story.nnCody and the female manager were friendly and so easy to deal with. They were able to verify my purchase on the system and replace the monitor on the spot!nnSo glad I purchased from Officeworks just to save any future hassle.
