Lots of variety. Some member benefits. Dog wash is a bit hit and miss. Find dogs get a whiter wash if I bring my own shampoo. Water temp varies. Appreciated the free puppy sample bag for my new puppy. Would love some dog toys that are more resilient. Pleeeeeease.
We use Petbarn Nerang for our dog all the time. The staff are very helpful with our needs from cleaning, nail clipping, worming tablets and other health products, treats and food products. All the staff are very friendly and great with the animals.

Went into Pet Barn yesterday afternoon 2/11/2024. I arrived at the store at 4:40pm…. Went straight into the fish room they have…. I was interested in a $39.95 for a fighting fish. Took me 5 maybe 10 mins to choose…. I went to front counter where there was three staff members, 2 guys and a lady. The lady was serving a customer, so I approached the counter at a young guy there to ask if he would get me the fighter fish…. He virtually yelled NO. I was in shock…. I was I like excuse me? He said that they don’t sell fish to people 10 to 15 mins before closing time…. I have bought a lot of fish of these guys over time….never have I been told no I can’t buy a fish from a pet shop before. Just plain rude and no respect for the job if staff turn away sales. Regardless if f time… it was one fish in a separate box they just had to place in a bag for me. Anyways… shit service and a ryde approach in today’s trade. Shame I can’t name and shame
This place is a fantastic place with great staff, I often buy from the aquatic section if you're a member, then it works out cheaper. I recommend a visit to check the creatures and the little critters out!
