Purchased from the Nerang store. Amazing customer service. The lady who assisted my daughter and I was so helpful and accommodating to my daughters wants I live in Brisbane and this store will be my go to given that I am on the GC daily. Thank you for a wonderful experience especially for myself who has no idea when it comes to this industry.

Nice place most stock available friendly staff didn't have or couldn't locate what we were after, so had to buy on line. So why it get 4 no other reason.

Great service when purchasing a jacket for our beagle. I rand the day before to check if they had size in stock. The checked and were happy to put it aside to we came in. No card details required. Staff member came to us as we entered and was friendly. Recalled our call and had tyhe jacket behind the counter. Allowed us to try it on before purchasing it. Share parking area with other stores in complex so spaces are limited. Street parking available adjacent to parking area. Easy to find and access from the M1 via exit 72 southbound.
Great staff super helpful large range of products
Very helpful and amazing selection. We needed to now the size for a helmet, we ended up getting a lot of help and even said she could save the helmet we like.
