At Pet Deli we offer high quality pet care products and accessories at the best possible prices everyday!
We carry an extensive range of premium dog and cat food as well as a broad selection of healthy, preservative free, dehydrated treats to keep your pet happy and healthy!
Our wide range of parasite control products are kept at a low price everyday to help you keep your pet protected all year round!
In store, we supply an array of bedding, collars, leads, harnesses, bowls and grooming products for your furry friend, however we also cater for fish, birds and small animals. Frozen reptile feeders are also available.
Our professional dog grooming salon operates in-store Monday to Saturday and caters to dogs of all sizes. Services include bathing, blow drying, grooming, nail clipping, ear cleaning, hygienic clips and complete haircuts. Our groomers are very experienced and together carry extensive knowledge of all aspects of dog grooming. Bookings are essential!
Pet Deli is open every day except public holidays. Purchases can be made over the phone, in store or through our website www.petdeli.net.au Please note that the product prices quoted online are exactly the same prices that we offer in store.

We were looking for hand-rised cocktails in many pet stores, but we haven't found one we like. Finally we met this little one in this store! Very excited!   He is very adorable and touchable!  The staffs are all friendly and helpful! By the way, the price is right!

Little Alfie was looking pretty rough. I gave a brief description what I wanted and the groomer just got me. He came out exactly as I wanted.

It's a good pet store but .. when I was there I saw staff being verbally humiliated in front of customers. As such I will never shop there again, under no circumstances employees should be treated in such a manner.

absolutely appalled, came in to have a look at frogs and see two green three frogs in an enclosure with a ridiculous amount of water and way too much humidity for a GTF, one of the frogs was obviously ill my guess is MBD as his mouth wouldn’t close. i was told these frogs weren’t for sale so i assumed they were trying to rehabilitate this frog however the enclosure is in no way helping that poor frog. disappointed and upset as a frog owner ;

We have been going hear every week since it opened, always spending around $100 for bird food dog,cat and fish, tried to return a faulty fluval fish filter with receipt and found the manager to be a extremely rude and very arrogant, he said your a liar I’ve never had one returned I’ll try it in my tank, so he did again said your lying it works fine , I said no it slides down the tank , he refused to exchange my filter even though we had the receipt and basically we had a slanging match in front of everyone, he’s very rude unprofessional and I explained that now he’s had the filter in his tank I don’t want it in mine it may be contaminated so he went bright red then carried saying your not going to win this so we left . I also noticed threw the whole pandemic both he and his staff did not wear masks because they said they didn’t believe in it , thankfully we found another cheeper pet shop they have lost our custom for ever , there loss

Don't purchase a reptile through licenced breeder Aaron, if you can avoid it. I've had a few problems with my reptile licence that I have a permit attached to for a hatchling snake I purchased through directly through him at the Nerang Pet Deli. I needed his help today over the phone and he blatantly and arrogantly refused to help me. All I needed was his breeder licence number that is a required detail for a personal licence, and his full name as attached to the purchase I made directly through him at the Pet Deli. He gave me no paper work at the time as it was all done online and stated that was all I needed. I was having trouble accessing it online as I was told by QLD environment department it had disappeared. On first impression when I first enquired at the pet store before purchasing my snake, he was also arrogant. On the second visit I decided that he must have been having a bad day that first day as he was more helpful. Wishing I went with my first impression as this seems to be how he delivers service more often than not. Spend your money elsewhere, these guys don't deserve your business.

Multiple betta fish deceased and others struggling, was dreadful for myself and young children to see, went to mention to staff as we were leaving and felt extremely uncomfortable just checking out, didn’t feel comfortable expressing a concern about their lack of care due to cold and unwelcoming staff.

Couldn't be happier this is my local pet shop. If you're in Nerang and driving to pet barn, do yourself a favour and drive 10 seconds further. You're welcome.

Solid range of dog food and products at reasonable prices.  Pet friendly and easy to walk around.

Good service, reasonable price. Hope you guys have more cold water fish for sale though. Anyway, good shop!
