It's the first time for me going to this store. It's nicely laid out and the staff greet you when you enter the store. While helping you to do your purchase they don't mind a chat and have a joke with us as well. This is the type of thing that keeps me coming back again and again.

Friendly staff - good range of products- good service
The retail assistant ticked all of the boxes in customer service excluding One, by no means was she friendly - I believe her name was Rochelle. I didn't feel welcome.
Great service as always brought my new work shirts and shorts today have to wait a bit to be shipped but good quality work wear so expect to pay a bit more
Allanah and the team at Nerang were fantastic in sourcing some new business attire for us. We were really impressed with the service, the quality of the finished results, and the cost. Our embroidered logo looks particularly great. I would highly recommend to anybody needing workwear of any kind!
Not sure if it's a regular thing but waiting over 2 plus weeks for my boots to arrive when I had already paid for them dissapointing. I can say the service when I was there was good, though no one seems bothered about the wait time frame.
