Great place to shop any time of year. Staff are very polite, friendly and helpful.
Very helpful and friendly staff. I rang to ask what goods were useful that would enable Lifeline to provide items of value to people in need. I was advised that they would welcome books, good quality household linen, kitchen items, good quality crockery and cutlery. As I was helping to pack up a friends house as she moved into assisted living, my friend was very happy to be able to donate these items to Lifeline.
Really disappointed. I came in today at around 2pm with my Dementia client and was rudely called over by a staff member while we were minding our business just browsing. The worker who I unfortunately didn’t catch the name of told me that my client would not be welcome in their bathrooms as she had previously had an accident there. She then proceeded to tell me that I as a carer need to “put her in nappies”. After this she continued to stand close by. I ended up taking my client and leaving as I felt extremely uncomfortable and was very ashamed that this worker knew that my client was not able minded and still decided to discriminate against her. As we were leaving, she followed us out of the store calling out to me and telling me to stay as she supposedly “wasn’t trying to offend anyone”. Well you did offend me and as someone who has been to your store numerous times, I will never be coming back!!!!! Absolutely disgusting and I hope you read this, because as an older person seeing someone at a vulnerable state and still deciding to discriminate them based on something they can’t control is embarrassing. I hope you never get treated like this if you’re ever in the same situation
Lots of bargains to be had, friendly staff who are always keen to assist.
Everything is changed and you can walk around and a good look for things. Friendly staff

Lovely staff. Items a bit out though for 2nd hand stuff.
Little shop with small range but had more luck finding stuff here than the bigger op shops. Didn't have any issues with the quality of clothes. Prices are reasonable, even for 'designer' brands. Staff were very friendly. Will definitely be back.
