Recently bought a PRS guitar from Martin and the team. Very helpful and friendly to deal with as usual. Made my purchase so easy and relaxed.
Good selection and location. However let down by staff member more concerned on getting a sale. Came in prepared to purchase but had 2 models in mind and the consultant got frustrated that I wanted to check out each, and told me to come back when I had decided on the model. I commend the use of sales scripts however showing frustration and telling a customer to "come back when they had decided" lost him a sale and a customer. I had decided just wanted 5 seconds to check out a guitar in hand that I intended to buy.

I went into Guitar World wanting to buy a good microphone and came out with a Gibson J-45 Studio and the microphone as well. Nice people there who are more than happy to help out whenever needed. I went in a couple of days ago to try out some acoustic guitars, the long haired guy apologies, don’t know the name was so helpful with picking out some acoustics for me to try out. I ended up leaving today with a Maton Preformer. Great place to go and local as well. :
Was happy to wait but after 15 minutes and not even an acknowledgement by any of the staff. Not even we will be with you in a minute or a hello. Rude as! I’m pretty sure this is not the first time either. We will go elsewhere! Leaving a review so I don’t forget not to come back. Thanks.
