We had the most wonderful time at Ashmore Palms. We stayed for 10 days and wish it was longer! The perfect place to stay with a young family, out of the hustle and bustle of Surfers but still so close to everything you need. The staff were brilliant, so kind to our kids and always friendly. Our room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The pool and playground are both excellent and completely kid friendly! Miss Kelly’s activities which were complimentary were such a highlight and were happening most days. I used to stay here as a child with my family and I am so happy we decided to continue this with our own children now. The biggest highlight for me and just showed the amount of care that Ashmore Palms have is that I mentioned when checking out that I’d lost my earring during our stay likely the pool and thought it was surely long gone. Lo and behold a week after returning home, in the letterbox, my earring posted home. That is caring service. Can’t wait to go back!

We stayed in Ashmore palms last week and had the best time. The service was great, everyone was so helpful. The rooms and facilities were so clean, couldn’t ask for more. All the basic necessities needed when staying somewhere are supplied in the room, like cutlery, toaster ,microwave , washing basket and like, iron etc…. We absolutely loved seeing the macaws and learning about them when their cages were getting cleaned every morning. But the highlight of the trip for my 4 year old was the activities with Miss Kelly. The activities were free and the timing is perfect so you can still go to the theme parks etc after attending activities. Would definitely stay here again
We absolutely loved our stay at Ashmore Palms! The kids had a ball in the pools and parks. I can’t believe how many gorgeous birds there are, it was lovely walking around all their aviaries taking photos. The staff are so friendly and the park is well looked after, very clean and tidy! Thanks Ashmore Palms for a wonderful time we will definitely recommend to family and friends and will come back in the near future :-
we stayed for 7 day and extended by 1 day.nit is by FAR the cleanest and best maintained accommodation myself and family have been lucky enough to stay in.nThe feeling of pride from the owners down to the everyday hard working employees, showed every day of our stay.nthe accommodation was the best maintained accommodation ive stayed in.nnTo see small wear and tear marks such as chips on the corner of a walls had been touched up with paint and made clean and neat, is just one of the small details that show the true difference when staying somewhere.nnWe most certainly will be staying again and will recommend to everyone i know headed to the Gold coast for a holidayngreat prices, great pool area and a lovely quite park except the birds which are loud but wonderful
