I live here and the Management Has gone out of control. If they had better management I would have given 5

More 4permanent living, hence nothe touristype facilities,  buthen nothe noise that goes with latter. Camp kitchen+pool however & if u dont need 2b on beach, a good alternative  NO WIFI & prices not lower than beachside, which could make commute annoying !

Nasty staff! Over charges, Greed runs this place. Dirty old men. People bath in the pool. People gang up on each other. Many drug addicts and alcoholic’s . Police always in this place.I was set upnWith untrue rumours. I was trying to defend myself! QCAT were wonderful in helping me move on. I would of been homeless if not for a fair trial! I was pleased to go!! The owner of Rivergardens is a wonderful man who was very supportive in court. He helped me sell my home with a wonderful agent!

Hi Everyone including readers thinking of staying here at this incredible locationnnMy parents and I stayed in the wonderful, clean and most comfortable cabins numbered 1 & 2 right on the beautiful and peaceful river here at River Gardens in mid-to-late October 2023. We had a most enjoyable and delightful stay for our two nights away from where we live a few hours up the coast at Brisbane.nnI was attending a seminar at a nearby hotel, so this location was perfect for me. The reason we chose here was because I was able to leave my Mum and Dad at the park for the day knowing that they were comfortable, safe and conveniently located to local shops. This even included a Woolworths store that is only a few minutes away from the park. My Dad still drives so perfect for us and especially having the complete kitchenette inside our cabins meant that Mum and Dad were able to look after themselves for the day. I was able to come home to a well prepared meal made by Mum and Dad for me in the room and we even had a dining table to sit and eat at. Wonderful facilities including well-appointed bathrooms and comfortable beds.nnOver and above the quality of our accommodation, was the service that we received from the amazing Curtis and Drake. This father and son team were absolutely wonderful and they both went over and above what would normally already be 5-star service for the three of us during the two nights and two days of our stay. As well as being hospitable to the nth degree these two guys were so very friendly, courteous and respectful--and I must say they made our stay complete ;D.nnWe met other long-term tenants who had already been living here in the park for decades. One lovely couple we spoke to had already been happily living here at River Gardens for 40 odd years and they were even so kind as to go the local newsagent on the Sunday morning to buy us a newspaper. Lovely people everywhere!nnAll in all a wonderful experience for us as a family and now looking forward to going back again as soon as possible for another break away with no conferences to attend. Next time I am going to be swimming more in the beautiful pool right outside our doorstep and going for relaxing walks around the well-maintained grounds.nnThank you everyone for making our stay so very special

Incorrect information provided and terrible customer service. The address is different on the website and only noticed when I got a text. Called up and staff Tracey was beyond rude repeatedly telling me I “need to pay more attention” also kept $30 of my booking even though I cancelled 2 weeks out. This is clearly an ongoing issue as they highlighted it in a text so why don’t you fix the google address instead of being rude and charging for a simple mistake….
