Once again....we are enjoying the life at Bel Air!! My partner and I love this place. Everything is just awesome here! All staff are lovely, it's close to everything and rooms are very comfortable. We will be sad to leave.

The best apartment ever.. Everything is here. Its a walking distance to Pacific Fair and the trams and buses is accessible to all the tourist attractions. The view here is to die for. The reception staff is very helpful and friendly. Theres a heated swimming pool. And we got the newly renovated room and it's gorgeous

Old (not run down), but spacious.  The pool is lovely, the view of the water relatively uninterrupted, and the buildings very nicely appointed.  The only setback is the age, with some fittings feeling a little antiquated, but otherwise it is a great location close to the tram (G:Link) which will get you to Surfers, Pacific Fair shopping centre (with cinemas) and Broadbeach.

If the staff at the front counter have been a bit more hospitable this would have been a 5 star rating. My room was very clean and the pool facilities were good although the 10 p.m. curfew kinda sucked, but there are a lot of residents who share the accommodation so that's understandable as some of them would have to work the next day. Great location and easy to find your way around. For anyone who goes to the cafe I recommend the chicken and pesto wrap 😊

Location was fantastic, amenities were perfect, pool, spa, sauna, gym etc. Rooms were modern and clean,had balconies for both rooms. Undercover parking a bonus as well. Staff were very professional and helpful.
