Very happy with our night at the Bel Air.  Room was spotless and well decorated.  Didn't use the kitchenette, but it was full equipped.  Perfect location for our event at The Star, and close to all the local facilities.  Pool area was large, although the water was very cold.  Only really dealt with the reception staff, but they were extremely pleasant, professional and accomodating when we asked for extended time in the room and to use the resort facilities.  I would be very happy to return to the Bel Air.....

Great location, very friendly & helpful staff.nWe had a fabulous view.nWalking distance to beach Pacific Fair, restaurants, convenience store, surf club has lovely meals.nLoved the indoor pool, very clean, has spa, gym, sauna, huge outdoor pool.nReasonable priced, we had a 2 bedroom apartment.nPillows needed replacing.nHot water took ages to come through showersnA lot of construction work close to the resort so very noisy 7am-6pm. Need to have doors shut.

Can't really rate the service as we hardly dealt with them, but no issues.nLocation was perfect straight across the road from Pacific Fair and audio the tram stop.nRoom was actually great value and had everything we needed, but for dinner weird reason they had removed the bathroom door.nThere was still another door but it made privacy really hard and strange.nWould have been 5 stars if the bathroom door was where it was meant to be

I arrived room wasn't ready ok Then found out my room a one bedroom studio with ocean view had a leak was upgraded to a two bedroom apartment with a bit of a pool view. How was that a upgrade im single. Room was big airy I found chocolate melted on floor went to clean it up probably dropped easter eggs as it was easter Monday. Mmm no cleaning gear not even a dish cloth or dishwashing liquid. Washed hands in bathroom Handle fell off tap put that back on. Rules said to that it was my responsibility to dispose of rubbish in refuse Shute near lifts took some rubbish must be bagged not loose. Back to room no bags. Typical motel selection of single serve coffee and teas sugar etc but no milk. Turned on TV must be brand new hadn't been set up tried several times but couldn't get it to work. Had a few beers rules said recycling to be taken down to basement not in refuse Shute needed  a bag nope got none. Slept night in main bed felt funny next morning  checked sheets bottom sheet ended 30 mm before bottom of mattress, short sheeted lol all this at only over $1200. Pool was good gym typical resort type but you have to supply everything in your room and leave it clean or you'll lose your $200 bond they take off your card but dont even supple a dishcloth. Yes and rated . I've stayed in better equipped pubs.

Bel Air is a great place to stay in Broadbeach. Pacific Fair shopping centre and bus station across the road. Star Casino within walking distance as is Oasis shopping centre. Little beach cafe in East Tower serves nice breakfast and good coffee. The Thai restaurant next door to Bel Air has delicious meals.
