I'm a regular visitor to this hotel, and each and every time, the staff are professional and polite. Hotel rooms are well kept and the room service menu is good quality. Definitely try the hinterland chicken! Also, the light rail stops immediately outside the door, so it's very easy to reach pacific fair, surfers paradise, and the fantastic restaurants at Broadbeach without the need to hire a car and navigate.

Staff are extremely helpful, they go above and beyond with there service. We have 2 children, 8years and 12years. Children can be trying most times. The Crowne Plaza have made everything so much easier with there great service. Truly professional! Highly recommend a visit...

Clean well appointed rooms. Cracking view of the beach and sea. The pool was well kept and refreshing. Staff were pleasant and it was a short walk to most amenities. All in a pleasant stay.

The restaurant, Four Wind, is okay. Only worth it for the rotating restaurant experience. The price paid for the lunch limited selection is definitely not worth it. I understand that alcohol would be extra, but they also charge soda for buffet. My opinion is that only go there for high tea for the view.

My sister in-law was staying here for work, and my daughter and o came to visit her for the day. Lovely hotel, staff were friendly, food wasn't too bad either. Would recommend
