Really enjoyed my stay here - view from the room on the 43rd floor was amazing.nThe room itself was spotless and very clean the only negative was water pressure in the shower wasn't great and no Foxtel channels on the TV. Executive lounge is a little bit of a dungeon but it's ok and serves its purpose. William working there was a standout by the way - a lovely guy. The location is perfect being right on the light rail stop and the train station across the street. Will definitely come back again.
The hotel is lovely, with a fantastic location, excellent amenities, an elegant interior, and exceptionally friendly and attentive staff. However, there are a few points to note:nnFor guests with lounge access, the breakfast offering was somewhat underwhelming. While I appreciate that the coffee machines are limited to a single type of milk, the alternative provided for almond milk — a cup of cold milk with an espresso poured over it — was less than ideal, resulting in a lukewarm coffee. It would be worthwhile to consider a better solution for guests requiring alternative milk options.nnOtherwise, the evening cocktail hour in the lounge was lovely, with nice offerings.
From the moment we arrived at Hilton Sydney, we were treated to top-notch service and luxurious accommodations. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable. Our room was spacious, immaculate, and had a stunning view of the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it hard to leave in the morning!nnThe amenities at the hotel are outstanding – the fitness center is fully equipped, and the indoor pool is perfect for a relaxing swim. We also enjoyed a fantastic breakfast at the restaurant, with a wide variety of options to choose from, all fresh and delicious.nnThe location is perfect – right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shopping, dining, and attractions. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.nnI highly recommend Hilton Sydney for anyone looking for a luxury stay with excellent service, comfort, and convenience. Can’t wait to return!
A fabulous experience overall. Right in the centre of the city opposite QVB. Slightly older and very busy but great rooms. I was upgraded to floor 40. Fantastic views. Unfortunately my TV was playing up so that was frustrating but the staff were awesome and made sure I was looked after. The beautiful staff make this business. I'm in adoration of how they handled lots of customers and think they all deserve a pay rise. Without them it would have been a very different experience. So please look after them !!!!nnRoom service was great and the Mare bar was fantastic!
Amazing Stay at Hilton Sydney!nnI stayed at Hilton Sydney while touring with my film team, and it was the perfect choice! The location made it easy to explore the city, and the rooms were spacious, stylish, and incredibly comfortable.nnThe staff went above and beyond to accommodate our team’s needs, ensuring a seamless stay. We loved the fantastic breakfast at Glass Brasserie and the vibrant atmosphere at Marble Bar. Plus, the gym, pool, and spa were great for unwinding after long shoot days.nnA flawless experience—Hilton Sydney truly delivered, and I can't wait to return!
