We had an excellent stay at Meriton Suites World Tower. The two-bedroom suite was spacious, modern, and clean, offering even more stunning views of the city. The location is fantastic, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and public transport. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We really enjoyed our time here and would be happy to stay again. Thank you for making my birthday special. Highly recommended!
We recently enjoyed a beautiful two-night stay at the Meriton Suites World Tower for my son’s birthday and Mother’s Day, and it exceeded expectations from start to finish.nnThe communication before arrival, right through to check-out, was seamless. The team also surprised my son with a balloon and birthday gift on arrival — such an unexpected but genuinely thoughtful touch that made the stay feel extra special.nnWe stayed in a three-bedroom apartment, which was incredibly spacious, spotless, thoughtfully designed, and fitted with very comfortable beds. Perfect for families.nnThe location is also fantastic, with endless dining options right downstairs, plus the convenience of Coles nearby. Everything was within easy walking distance, including Pitt Street, Chinatown, and the train station — all very manageable even with three kids under seven.nnWe’ll absolutely be making this our go-to hotel whenever we stay in Sydney.
We booked our stay because our children really wanted to come back to celebrate a birthday, and we’re so glad we did.nnEverything was prepared so thoughtfully, and we truly appreciate the care and attention we received. A special thank you to William — the handwritten greeting card was incredibly touching, and it made the experience even more memorable. The champagne was also a lovely gesture, and even though the kids couldn’t have it, they were genuinely excited and happy about it.nnWe are very grateful for the warm welcome and kindness shown throughout our stay.nnIf there is one small point to mention, it would be that part of the view was slightly obstructed. However, we were still able to enjoy a beautiful view from the room overall.nnThank you again for making our stay so special.
We booked a two-bedroom apartment, expecting the high standards of cleanliness and comfort that your brand is known for. Unfortunately, our experience was far below expectations.nnIn one of the bedrooms, all four pillows had an extremely unpleasant odor. The smell was so strong that it felt as though we were lying on a pair of feet that had just finished a football match. This made it very uncomfortable and unacceptable for us to rest properly.nnIn addition, the bathroom hygiene was deeply concerning. The grout lines between the shower tiles and around the sink were filled with black dirt and buildup. This level of cleanliness is not something we would ever expect from Meriton.nnWe chose your property because of your reputation for quality, and I must say we are very disappointed by this experience. I hope this matter will be taken seriously and investigated promptly.
Fantastic suite with an unbeatable view! We had a 3-bedroom. We on the 66th floor. Three elevators that are very quick but can get a bit crowded, which is to be expected, given the high patronage. Super close to transport, lots of places to eat and amenities, bars and pubs, and the shops in World Square. So convenient! Air con is very effective and can get a bit too cold at times, but it's easy to adjust. Showers were great: good pressure and hot. We didn't use the spa bath in the ensuite.nTVs in each bedroom is wonderful, and the kitchen facilities are decent. Could use a bigger rubbish bin, and the beds are huge but a bit hard, but apart from that, can't fault the place. Professional, courteous and friendly staff. $400 bond for our suite, but returned the very next day. Pool on level 61 is long and fairly wide, but cool. Will come back again for sure!
