The InterContinental Sydney was an outstanding experience. The hotel’s location in the CBD is unbeatable, and the views are simply spectacular from the roof bar and level 31 pool. Being so close to the harbour made our stay feel genuinely special and memorable.nnThe hotel itself was immaculate. Every space, from our room to the common areas, was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The attention to detail and housekeeping was excellent.nnWhat really set this experience apart, however, was the staff. At breakfast they were exceptionally helpful and everyone was genuinely welcoming. In particular, I would like to commend Kathy who always greeted us with a smile at breakfast which started the day in a happy note.

Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression.nnThe Club InterContinental Lounge experience was exceptional. The afternoon high tea was beautifully presented, and the evening happy hour offered an excellent selection of food and beverages. Breakfast served on the 34th floor was simply spectacular, with delicious offerings and breathtaking panoramic views of Sydney that made each morning special.nnWhat truly touched me was the effort the team made to celebrate my birthday. The surprise cake and thoughtful goodies were a wonderful gesture that made me feel genuinely valued and special. It's these personal touches that transform a great hotel stay into an unforgettable experience.nnThank you to the entire team, especially Jin and Harriette, for creating such a memorable birthday celebration. The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area, and the views are absolutely stunning, adding something special to the entire experience.nnThe staff are always warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, consistently providing excellent service. The rooms are spacious, spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making it easy to unwind after a busy day.nnThe gym may be on the smaller side, but it’s very well equipped with everything you need for a solid workout. With its prime location, beautiful views, comfortable rooms, and exceptional hospitality, the InterContinental is a hotel I would happily return to again and again. Highly recommended!
Fantastic Location, Beautiful Hotel, and Thoughtful ServicenExcellent location — everything is within walking distance, including the Opera House, Harbour Bridge, The Rocks, and the ferry terminals for Manly. You’re also spoiled for choice when it comes to dining, with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. If you’re planning to join city tours, the hop-on hop-off bus stop is just a short walk away.nThe hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options.nA special mention for the arrival experience: if you arrive before the 3:00 pm check-in time, there’s no need to worry. The hotel provides a comfortable early check-in lounge where guests can relax while waiting. Complimentary light snacks and drinks are available, which was a thoughtful touch and much appreciated after a long flight.nMy only minor comment would be the absence of a bidet in the bathroom.Fantastic Location,
