We have just returned home from an amazing weekend away in Sydney staying at The Langham. The whole experience was just fantastic and I really cannot fault anything at all! We received an upgrade and champagne and chocolates as it was my birthday, the room was gorgeous, the bed was huge and so comfortable, all the little extra touches (toiletries, bath salts etc) just added to the magic. Michael at reception was by far the best person I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with in any hotel, and although everyone was lovely, he definitely stood out. Thank you The Langham Sydney - we will most certainly be back!!
