Park Hyatt Sydney

This has to be one of the best hotels in Australia by far. The level of service is first class and the taking of meal orders and table service is like synchronised clockwork. No mistakes and all orders delivered to the person who ordered them. All rooms appear to look out over Sydney Harbour with balconies that allow fresh air into the rooms and you to sit and watch the world go by. Located in the centre of the Sydney Rocks area, this is easily one of the best holidays we have had for some time.

The Park Hyatt is without a doubt one of Sydney's preeminent hotels and delivers as such. My only disappointment was the lack of a top sheet on the bed. Maybe I'm old school - but I prefer a top sheet in conjunction with the doona. The breakfast service was impeccable, warm and friendly. The magnificent view of the Opera House set the background perfectly.

The location is absolutely gorgeous, and the hotel lobby looks splendid, with a spectacular view on the opera house. It really looked like the lobby manager made sure to take personal care of all the guests that were sitting around us, which is absolutely amazing. Loved every single minute of our afternoon coffee there.

Amazing hotel with great service. We went for a staycation to celebrate our anniversary. When we booked, they asked if there was a special occasion and on check in, they gave us a bottle of bubbly and some flowers!

Dropped in at the Hyatt for afternoon tea. Beautiful location with views of Circular Quay and the Sydney Opera House. Decadent afternoon tea served by attentive and friendly staff. Highly recommended.
