The Four Seasons Hotel Sydney left me with a very good impression. I am very grateful to Mona, who answered my many questions patiently and professionally. I also want to thank Oliver, who arranged a room with a good view for us. We stayed in a premier partial harbor room - it was stunning, bigger than expected and very clean. The service of the staff was also unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. We‘ll definitely be back!
A fairly underwhelming corporate hotel without the standards of service you might traditionally expect from Four Seasons.nThey offer a deal with early check-in and out, yet neither were available when we visited. Most interactions with staff were courteous but convoluted. Food and drink options were particularly average, favouring quantity over quality, so I recommend eating and drinking including breakfast in one of the various independent businesses nearby.nThere's a lovely view of the harbour from some rooms, and the location is convenient, but I'd rather stay somewhere with a bit more soul.
Just the best!!!! I just wanted to say that I will always be eternally grateful for the wonderful little celebratory birthday party for my husband as you can see by the pictures. This was put together with love, kindness, understanding, and a great deal of creativity thank you all so much and this memory will stay with us for the rest of our lives
Very nice hotel. Service & Staff gets 5 stars. They not only go out of their way to provide exceptional service but actually try to anticipate your needs. Good location. Right near ferries, trams, etc.
The only reason I rated 3 stars is because I expected the Four Seasons experience, but it felt more like a Marriott or Hilton. It lacked the signature Four Seasons smell, attention to detail, and luxury vibe.nnThat said, the service at the front desk and restaurant was outstanding. However, the breakfast on Level One felt more like a Holiday Inn setup.nnThe room was clean and acceptable, but it didn’t meet the Four Seasons standard. Honestly, when I arrived, I thought I’d walked into a different hotel.”
