West Hotel Sydney, Curio Collection by Hilton

The rooms elegantly decorated. Love the bluetooth speakers - even in the bathroom so you can play your music. The staff were very attentive without being overwhelming. They took the time to talk about our day and suggest places to visit. This hotel is so close to everything. We will definitely be coming back.

Great place to stay very friendly staff. Only issue was when i checked in 100 dollars was taken from my account with no notification and was told it will be deposited back in to my account once the room was checked. Great hotel just want the issue resolved.

When I did my booking, it said that the deal would include breakfast. The morning we checked out, I called the reception to ask and be reassured that the breakfast was included in our deal and the receptionist said yes it was. Once we got to the restaurant, we said our room number and the waitress looked puzzled but still told us to sit at the table but still asked us if we wanted tea or coffee. She then went to talk to someone above her and the lady came back telling us that thw breakfast wasn't part of our deal. I showed them the screenshot of my booking and she agreed to give us whatever we picked before this conversation for free..but anything else like a piece of croissant or even milk would be charged. Then came my tea with no milk. We felt like all our movements were being watched and observed. Very unpleasant experience for that price.

Great location in the middle of the city and next to the scenic Darling Harbour Amazing staff and service Highly recommended

Very small rooms, if you are staying in town for more than 2 or 3 days and you also hope to do some work in your room the grown up Hilton would be a better option. A bit dissapointed.
