Check in was excellent and room clean and well presented. Downstairs area is fabulous - drinks and snack area. The only issue was lack of staff in the bar. I person serving and 12 or so people at the bar - took forever to be served. Break fast food was lovely but again table clearing was terrible. I had to clean a table myself for us. Also food and crockery was slow to be restocked.

Attended a Tennis dinner function related to the Sydney International. Food and drinks were very good. Enjoyed the experience, would definitely do it again.

Friendly check-in. Room was clean and tidy. Very convenient location for ANZ stadium and cafes. My food came out quickly and tasted great (from the bar menu).

The Novatel is always my first choice. Not only due to the Hotels proximity to my place of work, but it is always a comfortable relaxing stay. On occasion I have also been surprised with an up grade (not requested or expected) I have been extremely grateful for this gesture. I thank all the staff for their efforts keeping the a fuss free experience.

I needed a bed for the night in the Olympic Park area. Great check-in experience. A couple of drinks in the bar, then off to bed. Room was comfortable will lots of appliances. Wifi was fast and easy to join. Breakfast was very nice, though I couldn't find the cereal - oh well just more bacon and eggs!.
