Clean & comfortable, friendly & helpful reception. Always smells fresh & green as soon as you walk in. Bed was firm but mattress topper made it soft. What a great combination for comfort. Good value for money. Would definitely stay here again.

One word. Fantastic! This place literally has everything you’d ever need in a ‘Holiday inn’ and it doesn’t stop there! Always greeted with a friendly smile at reception and beyond. Affordable and clean ! Only bad point is location just the slightest to far from the CBD. All in all a definite and easy 5/5 !

Neat, tidy, nice staff. Views are variable. Lobby is elongated which makes for no area to sit quietly. Good otherwise.

Nice clean room overall, friendly staff, and the breakfast buffett is a must!! Where else can you get Spaghetti served for breakfast? Along with breakfast items such as Made to order egg omelet, juices, pastries, etc. A nice little fruit gift basket or something along the lines should be offered to Spire Elite members? I stayed at an Intercontinental hotel in Melbourne and they offered that along with extra points. Try harder to reward these types of members that choose to stay at your property. It is a 15 minute walk to the train station, no shuttle service is offered either. If youwant to get away from the big city life then this is your place! This location is a 1 hour train ride away from Sydney. Be prepared for your room to be hot. The Air Conditioner is slow to work/cool down the room. I was told to please allow approx. 15 to 20 minutes. It was cooler outside then in my room.
