The rooms are lovely and reasonably priced.nThe buffet was an absolute standout and well worth the extra fee.nParking was also good value and easy to access.nI did have an issue at reception with payment though, after receiving an email the day prior advising cash was accepted, at check in I was given much trouble and delays due to paying in cash, and in the end had to pick up my change on checkout. If cash is such a difficulty, perhaps emailing with details to say it's accepted is not ideal.nOtherwise the stay was pleasant.
One of if not the best hotel stays we've ever had. The rooms were luxurious, modern, comfortable and very large. The view was spectacular, the beds were super comfortable, and the breakfast was truly fantastic. Customer service was equally welcoming and excellent. Will definitely stay here again in the future!
The stay, from allowing my husband early early access to our beautiful upgraded room, to caring for my little Grandaughter when she hurt her foot, was what we loved the most about our stay here.nThe newly renovated parts of the hotel are superb, the pool area is beautiful.nnBreakfast was even more special than before renovations, with gorgeous pastries, freshest fruit selections and a well thought out egg bar too.nWe missed our little sealed off section, but it was still perfect.nThe bar snacks were fine.nBut we cannot wait until there is a fully functioning kitchen for meals and really hope this is part of the plan.nnThank you once again for a fabulous stay.
Very nice hotel!nGoing through renovations at the moment but i'd say majority of the hotel is all complete.nRooms are very fancy & spacious with great views overlooking the pool & sea.nRestaurant for breakfast & dinners are perfect. Buffet breakfasts too nSeperate bar area with everything to suit your desire.nBar staff were fantastic, always smiling & happy to serve our group.nSee you next year!
Where do I even begin…nFirst off there are a lot of renovations happening both onsite and offsite, so the rooms are very noisy. Check in was fine, the people on the front desk were ok. The parking was nice and easy and close to the lifts so going to the room was nice and convenient. When we entered the room we checked it over, the room appeared to have been renovated, we had a spa room on the 10th floor. The bed was comfortable, the view was nice, big TV sadly you must cast your phone or tablet to the TV as the apps like Netflix are disabled on there. The shower in the first room was so small and the shower head kept falling off, the taps were hard to control and even with the shower door shut the water poured out all over the floor which was very dangerous. The road noise coming into our room was unacceptable, the glass on the balcony doors and windows of the room were so thin we could hear everything outside. Also, my partner found a massive cockroach in the bathroom which she had to step on, and there was a hair in the spa. The next day we went out, thinking the cleaners would take care of it. Once we returned to the hotel, we informed the staff on the front desk who said, “The cleaner should have taken care of it” Upon our return to the room we noticed that our room had been serviced BUT the dead cockroach was still on the bathroom floor. We then went to the front desk and informed them of the situation. The gentleman on the desk was reasonable helpful, he did offer us wine even though we told him 4 times that we did not drink, after many prompts for action he offered to change our room and to give us a free breakfast for the second morning which we accepted. We then changed rooms to a suite. This room was slightly better HOWEVER the toilet in this room was so small we could barely sit on it, the sink with the toilet had no hand wash in it, neither did the sink in the bathroom, we had to take it from the shower. The noise was better at night but as there was construction the noise very early was just awful. The “free” breakfast was well bellow average I would have been very upset if I had of paid for it, awful coffee unless you pay for it, not much to eat if you have any food intolerances and the bacon was raw. The staff seemed too worried about clearing our plates away the second we finished rather than focusing on the food. Even after the small amount that I ate I was very sick. This place claims to be 5 stars but honestly, I would give it 1 star. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I hate being ripped off even more.
