Basic, nothing flash, functionally fine if you go in with that expectation though. 4 stars within the no frills category. Old hotel with new tv. I liked that they had a microwave and plates/cutlery/washing up stuff. I had some road noise from Kingsway at peak times, the balcony door and window didn’t seal properly, but it was fine at night. Decent cafe downstairs.

My new favourite place to stay for worknnPROS:n Exceptional Staff very friendly and approachable.n Nicely Appointed, Large Roomsn Hot shower.n Very Comfortable Bedn Extra pillows.n Cold Air-conditioning.n Blackout Curtains.n Plentiful Parking on location.n Next Door to plenty of food options.nnCONS:n Parking is a little tight if you have a larger 4WD, but parking is possible with a little skill.n Only one elevator seemed to be working and it feels like it needs a service.
Stayed on Friday and Saturday nights recently. Was very noisy on 2nd Floor room from Gym directly below. Woken very early but after raising this issue, staff quickly apologised and moved us into a quiter and much more comfortable room. Many thanks to Justine for her friendly and kind help with this. She is an asset to the company.
Important information! - it's located above a gym! Someone was using a medicine ball late at night and then again early the next morning so our stay wasnt great.nRoom was fine, dated but clean and functional.
Have stayed here numerous times. Beds are clean and comfortable. Walking distance to Westfield. Good price. Parking is advantage. Close to where I need to go
