ted's caravan resort

Really friendly site. Ted brought us a box of eggs after we'd set up camp. There was a lamb in a little enclosure and chickens roaming at the end of the field. Also a rope swing hanging over the pond. Nice views across the fields and woods. Toilets are clean but small, one shower each for women and men, no charge for the shower. We went mid week and it was fine, might be a queue if the site is busy though.

I had the best 5 nights at Ted's campsite, simply perfect! The site is beautiful, an open field on a gentle slope. There's plenty of room for space between campers. The toilets and shower were always spotlessly clean, Ted collected up rubbish from everyone at least once a day so no mess. I was camping on my own and felt perfectly safe. There's so much to see and do within a short distance from the site too. Plenty of beautiful ruined abbeys, the Ironbridge gorge attractions, Boscobel House...loads more that I'll visit when I return. I love Shropshire and I'm so pleased to have found this gem of a site.
