Not a very good customer experience. Easily booked a van online, only to receive a call a few days later saying the van I booked will not be available, so was offered a small truck upgrade at no extra cost. Thought that would be fine. Only a day later was then called to confirm the truck has been damaged and will not be available so they had no vehicle for my requirements. Tried to re-book a week later and nothing was available. Very unhappy experience.

Very disappointed with the horrible experience. Booked a premium car a month ago and on the day of pick up, I was told they don’t have a car and no effort was made to offer a replacement car.  I had to call multiple numbers and hours on the phone to rebook and get a refund for original booking.

Extremely unhelpful. No communication of what was needed to rent a car. Provided license passport, Medicare and numerous other identification but wouldn't rent to me because i didn't have a utility bill in my name.  I will never service this or any other hertz rental company in the future because of this and i suggest everyone else do the same

As part of my car repair, my insurance company gave me a hire car with Hertz. I picked up a Holden Astra on time and the process was quick with a $200 bond. The car was clean, exterior was fine and there was 40000 km on the clock. Happy with the car after having it for 2 weeks.

Customer service was friendly but the car was dirty. Petrol tank was only 3/4 full and the side window had the writing "uber - safety recall"

Very very disappointed with customer service. I left $400 cash security bond. Was not informed on return of the car . I received an invoice stating I will be receiving a cheque in 14days. Dont be fooled. I left very very angry.

After having issues getting to this Hertz location, Bilal and the Manager was exceptionally helpful. They were very friendly and their service was top notch! Highly recommend!

Good selection of new cars. Cars are clean. Staffs are friendly.

Customer service is awful. Went their for rent a car replied without checking system not any car available . Then I have call customer service hertz they booked for me car from same location.
