Excellent experience with Bargain Car Rentals. The car was clean, reliable, and great value for money. The pick-up and drop-off service was smooth, convenient, and right on time. Friendly staff and an easy, hassle-free process. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

We were already in Melbourne visiting friends, so just caught Uber to the location near Melbourne Airport. Staff were friendly, welcoming and professional. I had pre checked in so the process took only 5 minutes. The car was great as was the price. It allowed us to explore parts of Victoria we had not previously been to. We will definitely use again.

Wow, what an amazing experience with Bargain Car Rentals from start to finish!nnI booked my rental through Booking.com, and to my surprise, the insurance I selected wasn't the best option. Thankfully, when I arrived to collect the car, the staff explained that it would be much more beneficial to purchase the insurance directly through Bargain Car Rentals.nnOne of the lovely staff members, I didn't ask her name but she was really nice to me, she went above and beyond by helping me cancel the third-party insurance I had already purchased. I received a full refund and paid almost the same price for Bargain's insurance, but with far better coverage. It turned out to be the best decision I could have made, I didn't have to pay a security deposit, and my excess was reduced to $0.nnDuring my trip, a small stone cracked the front windscreen. It wasn't a major crack, but without the insurance the staff recommended, I would have been facing a very expensive bill. I was so grateful for their honest advice.nnThe customer service was outstanding throughout the entire process. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely wanted to help. The free shuttle from the airport terminal to the office only took a few minutes, making it much more cost-effective than collecting the car directly at the terminal.nnI honestly have no complaints at all. Fantastic service, great value for money, and a team that truly looks after their customers. I'll definitely use Bargain Car Rentals again and will happily recommend them to my friends and family.

What an absolute please dealing with this company - from start to finish.  We booked through a 3rd party and purchased insurance from the 3rd party, but when collecting the car, the staff informed us that it would have been more beneficial for us to book the insurance through Bargain Car Rentals, so will definitely do that next time.  Staff were lovely.  The shuttle ride from the airport terminal to the office was only a few minutes.  More cost effective to get the free shuttle than pick up in the terminal.  No complaints whatsoever.  Will recommend to friends and family.
