Affordable and fuss-free rental experience. The child seats are super basic with no head cushions, so maybe bring small neck pillows for sleeping children.nShuttle to and from the airport is very efficient.nFriendly and helpful staff. Appreciated the thoughtful assistance from the Indian gentleman at the counter when we collected the car. Car had some minor damage on the back when handed to us, and he advised us to take photos.

The rental process was smooth and hassle-free. Picking up and returning the car was quick and easy, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The price was really affordable, which was a great bonus. I had originally booked an MG, but they provided a Mitsubishi instead at the same price, which was an even better car. However, I noticed a noise coming from the rear, likely around the rear shock absorber. It did not affect my overall experience, but it might need attention. Overall, great service and value for money!

We rented a car for 3 days. Unfortunately, the pickup from the airport was anything but straightforward. We were supposed to call a number, but as international tourists, that’s only possible if you ask others for a phone. Then, an answering machine responded. Due to the language barrier, it’s difficult to reply quickly. After standing in the rain for 30 minutes, the shuttle finally came on its own—no callback, nothing.nnThe employee who served us was exceptionally friendly. He explained everything well. We received a well-maintained MG5. The damage report indicated no damage, but the vehicle had a deep scratch. We documented everything with photos and videos, which we recommend every customer do.nnThe return was relaxed, and the shuttle to the airport was quick.

I had an amazing experience with Jade. We happened to arrive there in a super busy time for our 4 day trip and Jade was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful.nAlthough we had to wait for quite some time for our car but Jade went above and beyond to answer all my questions and even  upgraded us to a 7 seater Outlander from a MG SUV.nI cannot thank her enough because I had an amazing experience cruising along the great ocean road, as it was so comfortable, Powerful and smooth and also there was enough room even after stacking our luggages. Her positive attitude and professionalism made my experience truly enjoyable. It’s rare to find such excellent customer service, and I really appreciate the effort even in a busy environment.nI will book again for sure when I get back. nThank you, Jade and team for making my day easier!

We recently rented a car for 3 days. pickup from Melbourne  airport was fairly straightforward. We called  a number and then needed to leave our name and phone number on an  answering machine . We were then sent a interactive type map that showed you how far away your shuttle was in real-time .  They arrived approx 20 min later . Friendly chap who then took us to their depot , approx 10min away . As we had pre filled in forms online with details and drivers licence , the uplift of keys was pretty seemless .   We had an MG with approx 47,000km on clock.  Car was clean and tidy .  Returned to same depot and once again seamless .  Would use again .
