Recommend this place, few mins away from Tullamarine airport. Great service, quick and easy.. shuttle from airport to and from this place. You have to check the times. Prices very affordable. Remember down deposit, i paid $100.

Had a wonderful experience with ACE!nWas skeptical after reading some reviews but I was so wrong. Every person we spoke to or interacted with were so friendly and helpful.nThe boys behind the desk were amazing, informative,helpful, friendly, funny!nOur shuttle bus driver was an absolute darling of a thing! She helped with our bags and finding a bag cart. I had also left my purse in our hire car after I had already bordered my plane back to Perth,I called first thing the next morning and the lady who helped Me on the phone was outstanding! She said she will hold it for me till I can get someone to collect it. I honestly had the best experience with them, stress free holiday.nnThank you to everyone at ace, we will definitely be back.

Considering it’s a budget service I wasn’t expecting a 5 star experience but it was great. Friendly staff at pick up and drop off. Car was great and we got an upgrade. Took less than 5 minutes on both ends. Free shuttle to the airport topped it off. Special shout out to the sub in shuttle driver. I didn’t catch his name but he was a Sri Lankan bloke and provided an amazing service and was super friendly!

Incredible experience with Ace rental cars. Dirt cheap car hire at $120 for 3 days rental. Upon arriving there i dealt with a wonderful & friendly woman called Maha. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with, super welcoming & went over & above for us.. i booked & paid for the mystery car & I reckon she gave us the best car they have!! It really enhanced my weekend trip to Melbourne massively. Thank you so much Maha & whenever i'm back in Melbourne i'll be using Ace again!nnMany thanks, Gavin

From arriving at Ace Melbourne airport, it was a horrible experience.nImmediately told by staff the car we booked would not take car seats even though they were booked together, and that they did not have a replacement car. After 30min of trying to find a solution with there staff, I looked at the car my self and noticed it absolutely did take car seats.nnUpon returning the car at the return time we booked, we were met with and unstaffed office! We took photos of the car in the drop of location as it was strange no one was on site to return the car. 10 days later, or credit car was charged over $800 with an apparent crack in the front windscreen from side to side. WE HAVE PHOTO EVIDENCE THERE WAS NO CRACK.nWe were not contacted via phone or email not even an invoice for the charge and only noticed the charge on our credit card  looking into if this is even legal and will be getting our bank involved. Have submitted info with Aces claims team and will remove this reveiw if it is rectified in a timely manner.nWhile in the office, 3 other customers were having major issues with there booking as well, and I take that as a true reflection of the company as a whole.nnHorrible experience and company. And I will go out of my way to ensure we never spend a cent with them again.
