Recommend this place, few mins away from Tullamarine airport. Great service, quick and easy.. shuttle from airport to and from this place. You have to check the times. Prices very affordable. Remember down deposit, i paid $100.
a useless organisation. sucks that it doesn’t give a no star option.nthe customer service we received after our lovely holiday has me in shock, the treatment and the lack of understanding from the staff is pretty appalling. coming from someone who works in customer service, i think some performance updates would come in handy. will never be using ace car rentals again, plenty of better options across the road
I Thought ending a holiday and going back to work the next day was the worst. But no it’s Ace car rentals. Bunch of scammers who will do anything to get money… had a car at 99.5% fuel other 0.05% was the fuel used to get from the servo to the rental place originally, because of this I was turned away and threatened a $45 bill if I didn’t fill it up as of then. Never I my life did I think a servo trip would involve $1.70 worth of fuel, and the fuel gauge in the same position for the same result, disappointment and anger. Stay away, better off spending the extra $ on an actual respectable company , many across the road too.
Our family has just ended a great holiday to Victoria in the worst possible way because of this incompetent and poorly run business. The customer service was poor every step of the process. Considering it’s a budget service I wasn’t expecting a 5 star experience but it was great. Friendly staff at pick up and drop off. Car was great and we got an upgrade. Took less than 5 minutes on both ends. Free shuttle to the airport topped it off. Special shout out to the sub in shuttle driver. I didn’t catch his name but he was a Sri Lankan bloke and provided an amazing service and was super friendly!
