As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted even though John was on the phone with another customer. They had the vehicle I wanted . He ran thru all the terms and conditions of the agreement and made sure I understood clearly. The same on return of the vehicle. I recommend this company to everyone . Vehicle was clean and ran well. Very fuel efficient car.

Great Customer service, good prices. Paul is very helpful and communicates well. He is down to earth, patient and makes everything clear and easy. During business hours they pick you up or drop you off at the airport for $10. After hours another local company does so for $15. If you are interstate don't forget to arrange something for the Victorian Toll Roads. I have a Go via account up here in QLD and I ring them and let them know the Rego of the hire car and it all goes on my QLD toll account. This crew care about customers and care about the cars they provide. In the Saver range you get to drive cars that have seen a bit of life and this reflected in worn interiors etc. but they drive well. And if you are regular customer there is a nice variety of models to experience.

Thanks Paul and your team at Tullamarine rent a bomb for great customer service and friendly advise. Paul is a can do guy and was very helpful when I left my phone behind in the car ! Just a word of warning for future rent abombers , be careful when you fuel up at independent service stations as sometimes their fuel can cause blockages in the fuel lines if filling up from empty. Thanks guys . See you again
