Atlas Car & Truck Rentals

This was the worst car rental experience that I've had in over 30 years. Arrived in Melbourne and phoned for shuttle but no one answered, kept trying for an hour, even tried the main Atlas number but no answer there either. Only managed to find shuttle by chance and had to persuade driver to take us. Depot is chaos, toilets disgusting, incredible slow service despite having lost of people hanging around and not answering the phone! Car was very high mileage and sounded like it needed a service. There were no details on breakdown (which fortunately I didn't need) in the vehicle and I'd never seen that before. I'd avoid them at all costs, probably better to walk ......

Absolutely disguting. The service was aweful to say the least. My parents were forced to sign papers without any explanation from the 'after hour' staff (extremely rude and unhappy to be there). The cheaper price is NOT worth the terrible experience.

I have to give them one star as there is no option for zero..Worst experience with this company..would not recommend..go to budget instead

Absolutely rubbish place ever to rent a car. The most unprofessional rude staff i have ever encountered. The service is slow as well. Would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

Customer service is woeful. Not only did i have to wait 15mins for them to answer the phone on 2 occasions, I then had to wait an hour for the van to arrive to take us to the place to collect our hire car.
