You can't hold people at airport and in your office for that long, pressing me to return your van 3 hour earlier. It is the crime of unfair trading. I am disgusted by your misconduct for outrageous gain. Your co-marketers run 4 and 5 rounds already before we even see your shared pick up van with almost unnoticeable signage. I am surprised that you are still in business after cutting corners at such extreme level. I booked the van for 8am Friday morning and picked up your van at 11.30am due to your late pick up and long wait in your office. Due to my more than 3 hour waiting delay I have lost 4 labours waiting loss over 3 hours($650.00). Lying and covering up just become your normal business practice. I have to take you to small claim tribunal. I heard another 5 complaints during my waiting: Taking exceptional long time to call through your 1800 phone....... Holding a baby in her arm and waiting at the airport more than 1 hour.....The cars are old and dirty....... Charging customer $4 per litre for overused petrol.... Did you tell customer beforehand? Public should know this before they choose you, otherwise they will regret to death as time is the most expensive commodity which money can't buy! Your repeated up-sell questions seriously slowed down the service time and testify people's patience! You have no business ethics at all! Putting cheap and inexperienced labours will always cost customers dearly more. And you can't hold customers too long till you get enough numbers. Customers miss flights or appointments leading to much more loss and stress thereafter! I know you would not expect return business and take advantage of once-off volume business. So I have to expose your misconduct online to avoid more victims.

Very very slow service. We wait one hour Before us only three people. If u r going for meetings or something else u have to go on time please don’t go with them. They will definitely make u one hour late easily.

Worst experience ever with a rental company. No customer service at all. They gave us another car than we ordered. They were not willing to do anything to satisfy the customer. Very arrogant people. After long discussion we got a little bit bigger car, but still not the car we ordered. The car was old, very dirty and drove bad. We will never ever rent a car with this company in the future.☹️☹️

Stood in line with many others for over an hour. Way way way too slow. How much is your time worth? I cannot recommend this rental agency.

Overall the experience was good. I wished they just had included the direction to the shuttle bus instead of asking us to call them once we reach the airport. Expecting foreigners to have access to a local line is not smart. FYI, the shuttle bus is just outside the airport exit, across the road, wait for the correct shuttle.
